为了确保冬季安全稳定优质高效供气，陕西省天然气公司始终把安全放在首位，筑牢企业安全防线,搭建以落实安全生产责任制为核心的安全管理平台，进一步完善了安全生产、保供应急组织体系，细化预案措施，全力确保去冬今春保供输气万无一失。

保供在冬季，关键在备战。早在冬运开始前，陕西省天然气公司保供领导小组制定了详细的工作计划，组织生产单位全面开展全境工艺管线隐患排查与治理工作，对压缩机组、调压器、计量系统、电气自动化控制系统等关键设备逐台“体检”，完成互联互通管线和扩能改造项目调试，以保证各环节在供应高峰顶得上、靠得住。同时通过计量仪表在线监测与智能分析系统，实现对公司 378 台贸易计量仪表运行状态的动态监控分析。冬高期间，34台干线压缩机组马力全开，累计安全平稳运行26282小时，其中，姚店压气站两台压缩机组持续运行3624小时，为去冬今春天然气保供工作提供了有力保障。

为筑牢城市输配气管网安全基石，城燃公司从保安全、惠民生的初心出发，在加强日常巡检演练和隐患整治的基础上，通过综合运用集“一体化集中管控、智能化高效协同、可视化高度融合”的智慧燃气管理平台，对所辖1300多公里地下燃气管网，超2000平方公里供气区域实现精准定位，智能巡检，进一步筑牢生产运行安全防线。渭南天然气公司提前开展冬季保供专项巡护活动，对辖区涉气设备设施进行安全隐患“大清扫”，对发现的问题逐一检修，全面整改，着力消除“想不到、看不到、管不到、治不到”的死角盲区，全面精准防控各类作业现场，实现隐患销号闭环管理，确保生产设施均处于最佳运行状态。

As early as before the start of the winter transportation, the Shaanxi Natural Gas Company's supply assurance leading group formulated a detailed work plan, organized the production unit to carry out a comprehensive investigation and treatment of hidden dangers in the entire process pipeline, conducted a "physical examination" of key equipment such as compressor units, voltage regulators, metering systems, and electrical automation control systems, and completed the commissioning of interconnection pipelines and capacity expansion transformation projects. To ensure that each link in the supply peak top, reliable. At the same time, through the online monitoring and intelligent analysis system of measuring instruments, the company can realize the dynamic monitoring and analysis of the running state of 378 trade measuring instruments. During the winter high period, 34 main line compressor units were operating at full power, with a cumulative safe and stable operation of 26,282 hours, of which the two compressor units in Yaodian compressor Station continued to operate for 3624 hours, providing a strong guarantee for the natural gas supply work last winter and spring.
