据介绍，“十四五”以来，全国矿产勘查投资连续实现正增长，石油、天然气、稀土、金、铜、锂、钴、镍等多个战略性矿产资源储量持续增长，有效提升了我国资源接续能力。采矿业固定资产投资持续增长，主要矿产品产量继续保持增长。煤、石油、天然气等能源矿产保供成效明显，自给率上升，能源消费结构持续优化。矿产资源节约集约与综合利用工作稳步推进。启动了全国历史遗留矿山生态修复核查工作，加强重点流域和重点区域历史遗留矿山生态修复。建立完善了绿色勘查标准体系，开展了年度绿色矿山实地抽查核查，高质量推进绿色矿山建设。

“十四五”全国矿产资源规划由七部门联合发布实施，31个省（区、市）和新疆生产建设兵团矿产资源总体规划全部获自然资源部批复并由各省（区、市）印发实施， 此外，全国还编制实施市、县级矿产资源总体规划2000余个。国家、省、市、县四级矿产资源规划体系已全面形成，各地、各部门根据职责分工，协调配合，规划实施取得明显成效。

Steady progress has been made in the conservation, intensive and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources. The verification of ecological restoration of historic mines across the country has been launched, and ecological restoration of historic mines in key river basins and key regions has been strengthened. We have established and improved a standard system for green exploration, carried out annual spot inspections and verification of green mines, and promoted the construction of green mines with high quality.

The 14th Five-Year Plan for national mineral resources was jointly issued and implemented by seven departments. All the master plans for mineral resources of 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources and issued and implemented by all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). In addition, more than 2,000 master plans for mineral resources at the city and county levels were formulated and implemented nationwide.
