3月29日,中国石油西南油气田公司首套威远日处理100方气田水伴生资源综合利用及达标处理试验装置建设工程顺利完工,标志着国内首套气田水伴生资源综合利用及达标处理试验装置正式迈入实质性试生产运行阶段。

该工程的建成主要针对气田水中锂、溴、钾等伴生资源进行分类提取和回收,采用先进的预处理工艺、国内领先的提锂吸附剂及工艺、无氯提溴工艺和蒸发分钠钾等新工艺技术,制备出的碳酸锂产品是新能源电池材料的主要原料之一,为实现油气田水清洁及效益化利用,为拓宽我国锂、钾矿资源种类和储量提供有力支撑。

为加快气田水综合处理应用与技术科研攻关,西南油气田公司采用自主技术攻关+联合创新方式,突破各项技术瓶颈和建设期间面临的困难,实现装置高质量建成落地。

西南油气田公司提前细化方案编制,结合实施过程中的问题,不断优化工艺措施,确保技术研究和现场实施不脱节,奠定该工程建设实施基础;提前开展各项专项评价,取得政府部门新能源产业支持,保证新能源项目合法合规。

在可研批复18天内完成初步设计编制和批复,通过统筹各项施工组织,编制7项专项方案,克服大型烟囱拆除、连续吊装施工、雨雪等极端天气施工难点,顺利完成31项橇装设备安装,快速高效推进工程进度。

严格落实专班工作职能,日跟踪,周分析,有效化解选商、橇装生产等关键卡点,按计划顺利完成主体施工;提前组织技术和操作人员到龙王庙气田水提锂中试装置跟班学习,提前编制各类运维管理方案6项,落实关键技术指标10项,为该工程顺利投运和试验做好准备。

该工程的建成,有望实现气田水复杂杂质及共存元素体系下,低浓度锂、溴等伴生资源高效提取,解决威远气田气田水回注能力不足,回注成本高的问题。对推进威远气田二次开发,有效提高气藏采收率,降低气田水处理成本,实现锂、溴等资源回收和公司天然气伴生资源开发利用具有重要意义,为绿色气田“新质生产力”发展建设发挥积极作用。

The completion of the project is mainly aimed at the classification extraction and recovery of associated resources such as lithium, bromine and potassium in gas field water. Using advanced pretreatment technology, domestic leading lithium extraction adsorbent and technology, chlorine-free bromine extraction process and evaporation of sodium and potassium and other new technology, the prepared lithium carbonate product is one of the main raw materials of new energy battery materials. In order to achieve clean and efficient utilization of oil and gas field water, It provides strong support for expanding the types and reserves of lithium and potassium mineral resources in China.

In order to accelerate the application of comprehensive gas field water treatment and technical research and research, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company adopts independent technology research and joint innovation to break through various technical bottlenecks and difficulties faced during construction, and achieve high-quality installation and landing.

Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company detailed the plan in advance, combined with the problems in the implementation process, and constantly optimized the process measures to ensure that the technical research and on-site implementation are not disconnected, laying the foundation for the construction and implementation of the project; Carry out various special eva luations in advance, obtain the support of the new energy industry from government departments, and ensure the legal compliance of new energy projects.

The preliminary design preparation and approval were completed within 18 days of the feasibility study approval, and 7 special plans were prepared by coordinating various construction organizations, overcoming the difficulties of large-scale chimney demolition, continuous lifting construction, rain and snow and other extreme weather construction, successfully completing the installation of 31 skid-mounted equipment, and promoting the project progress quickly and efficiently.

Strictly implement the work function of the special class, daily tracking, weekly analysis, effectively resolve the key card points such as selection, skid-mounted production, and smoothly complete the main construction as planned; Technical and operator personnel were organized in advance to study with the pilot plant for water extraction of lithium in Longwangmiao Gas field, and 6 various operation and maintenance management plans were prepared in advance, and 10 key technical indicators were implemented to prepare for the smooth operation and test of the project.

The completion of the project is expected to realize the efficient extraction of associated resources such as low concentration lithium and bromine under the complex impurity and co-existing element system of gas field water, and solve the problem of insufficient capacity and high cost of reinjection of gas field water in Weiyuan Gas field. It is of great significance to promote the secondary development of Weiyuan gas field, effectively improve gas reservoir recovery, reduce gas field water treatment costs, realize the recovery of lithium, bromine and other resources and the development and utilization of the company's natural gas associated resources, and play a positive role in the development and construction of "new quality productivity" of green gas field.
