3月31日，山东海洋能源下属山东海洋能源（新加坡）有限公司与卡塔尔能源公司（QatarEnergy）在卡塔尔首都多哈签署6艘17.4万立方米大型LNG运输船项目，为其提供长期LNG运输服务。卡塔尔能源事务国务部长、卡塔尔能源总裁及首席执行官Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi参加签约仪式，并与山东海洋能源党委书记、董事长、总经理李茂忠现场签约。本次项目签约，标志着山东海洋能源在激烈的全球竞争中成功中标卡塔尔能源“百船计划”项目，为助力共建“一带一路”倡议再添新成果，以实际行动融入和服务国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。

山东海洋能源与卡塔尔能源公司有着良好的合作基础，这是双方继签署3座钻井平台海洋油气钻井服务租约后再次达成的重要合作项目。本次中标船舶将由韩国三星重工船厂承建，总长299米、型宽46.4

卡塔尔是全球最主要的液化天然气出口国之一，卡塔尔能源公司前身是卡塔尔国家石油公司，成立于1974年，负责该国的石油和天然气产业发展工作，是全球第一大液化天然气生产商和出口商。卡塔尔能源公司正在推进北方气田扩能项目，将新建两条液化天然气生产线，计划将LNG生产能力从目前的7700万吨，提高到2027年后的每年1.26亿吨。中国和卡塔尔于1988年建交，2014年11月建立战略伙伴关系。2014年11月，两国签署《中华人民共和国政府与卡塔尔国政府关于共同推进丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路建设的谅解备忘录》，扩大基础设施建设、通信、金融等各领域合作。

目前，山东海洋能源运营管理（含在建）10艘大型LNG运输船、16艘超大型乙烷运输船、10艘超大型液化石油气船和5艘液化乙烯船，行业影响力和国际竞争力不断增强。下一步，山东海洋能源将继续做大气体船舶运力规模，进一步巩固提高行业地位，在海洋强国、海洋强省建设中彰显担当和作为，为实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标贡献山东海洋能源力量。

On March 31, Shandong Marine Energy (Singapore) Limited, a subsidiary of Shandong Marine Energy, and QatarEnergy Company (QatarEnergy) signed a project of six 174,000 cubic meters of large LNG carriers in Doha, the capital of Qatar, to provide long-term LNG transportation services. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, Minister of State for Energy Affairs of Qatar and President and CEO of Qatar Energy, attended the signing ceremony and signed with Li Maozhong, Party Secretary, chairman and general manager of Shandong Ocean Energy. The signing of this project marks that Shandong Marine Energy has successfully won the bid for the Qatar Energy "100 ships Plan" project in the fierce global competition, adding new achievements to help build the "Belt and Road" initiative, and integrating and serving the new development pattern of domestic and international double cycles and mutual promotion with practical actions.

Shandong Ocean Energy and Qatar Energy have a good foundation for cooperation, which is an important cooperation project reached by the two sides after signing the lease for offshore oil and gas drilling services for three drilling platforms. The winning ship will be built by Samsung Heavy Industries Shipyard in South Korea, with a total length of 299 meters and a width of 46.4 meters

Qatar is one of the world's leading exporters of liquefied natural gas, Qatar Energy Company, formerly Qatar National Petroleum Company, was established in 1974, responsible for the development of the country's oil and gas industry, is the world's largest producer and exporter of liquefied natural gas. Qatar Energy is pushing ahead with the North Field capacity expansion project to build two new LNG production lines, aiming to increase LNG production capacity from the current 77 million tons to 126 million tons per year after 2027. China and Qatar established diplomatic ties in 1988 and established a strategic partnership in November 2014. In November 2014, the two countries signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the State of Qatar on Jointly Advancing the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road to expand cooperation in infrastructure construction, communications, finance and other fields.

At present, Shandong Marine Energy operation and management (including under construction) 10 large LNG carriers, 16 very large ethane carriers, 10 very large liquefied petroleum gas carriers and 5 liquefied ethylene carriers, the industry influence and international competitiveness continue to increase. In the next step, Shandong Marine Energy will continue to expand the scale of gas ship capacity, further consolidate and improve the status of the industry, demonstrate its responsibility and achievements in the construction of Marine power and Marine strong province, and contribute to the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" of Shandong Marine energy.
