4月1日，从中国能源建设集团山西电力建设有限公司(以下简称“山西电建”)获悉，由中国能建华北院总承包和设计，山西电建承建的亚洲单机容量最大的舟山燃气——蒸汽联合循环机组项目1号余热锅炉第一罐混凝土顺利浇筑，标志着该项目正式开工，进入建设阶段。

据介绍，该项目位于浙江省舟山市高新技术产业园区，首台机组采用目前亚洲单机容量最大、效率最高的9HA.02型燃机，在保证安全性与可靠性的同时，兼具天然气掺混氢气燃烧能力，是浙江省第一个H级燃机项目，具有高参数、高效率、低排放、调峰性能优越等特点，是浙江省“十四五”建设的清洁火电重点项目。

该工程承建范围，包括场区所有土建、设备材料(除四大主机和总包采购范围)采购供应、建筑工程、安装工程、调试、技术服务、功能试验直至验收交付生产，以及在质量保修期内的消缺保修服务等全过程。

项目建成后，单台机组年发电量25.27亿千瓦时，两台机组年发电量50.54亿千瓦时；单台机组年耗气量4.098亿立方米，两台机组年耗气量8.196亿立方米，可在用电高峰期掺氢发电、调节绿氢产能，提高新能源消纳能力，服务舟山国际能源岛建设，助力舟山打造以新能源为主体的新型电力系统。

According to reports, the project is located in Zhoushan High-tech Industrial Park, Zhejiang Province. The first unit uses 9HA.02 gas turbine, which has the largest single capacity and highest efficiency in Asia at present. It not only ensures the safety and reliability, but also has the combustion capacity of natural gas mixed with hydrogen. It has the characteristics of high parameters, high efficiency, low emission and superior peak load balancing performance, and is a key clean thermal power project in the "14th Five-Year Plan" construction in Zhejiang Province.

The scope of the project includes the procurement and supply of all civil construction and equipment materials (except for the four main engines and the total contract procurement scope), construction engineering, installation engineering, commissioning, technical service, functional test until acceptance and delivery of production, and the whole process of elimination and warranty service during the quality warranty period.

After the completion of the project, a single unit will generate 2.527 billion KWH annually, and two units will generate 5.054 billion KWH annually. The annual gas consumption of a single unit is 409.8 million cubic meters, and the annual gas consumption of two units is 819.6 million cubic meters, which can be used in the peak period of electricity consumption, adjust the green hydrogen production capacity, improve the capacity of new energy consumption, serve the construction of Zhoushan International energy Island, and help Zhoushan to build a new power system with new energy as the main body.
