截至3月31日，延长石油气田公司今年一季度累计生产天然气22.38亿方，完成计划任务的102%，顺利实现首季“开门红”，为攻坚百亿产量目标任务开好头、起好步。

一季度，面对下游装置故障、销售不畅等多重超预期因素冲击，气田公司及时对重点任务进行动员部署，逐级夯实工作责任，细化分解任务指标，通过抓协调、促进度、盯产量、保任务等手段，确保天然气生产平稳有序。

“按照集团稳增长工作要求，公司全力加快青阳岔-化子坪区域接入井投产进度，高效组织气井放量生产，持续加大气井排水采气等稳产增产措施落实，日产气能力提高至2725万方以上，较年初增加了380万方。”生产计划部负责人对记者说道。

据介绍，一季度在下游装置故障、销售不畅等情况下，气田公司分析研判生产形势，一方面加大与上下游单位沟通协调，尽最大努力减少产量损失。另一方面充分发挥生产指挥牵头抓总的作用，以产量任务为中心，统筹安排天然气生产和产建工作，合理调整各井区检修时段，最大限度压减检修时间，增加产量贡献1138万方，为首季“开门红”打下了坚实基础。

此外，今年伊始，气田公司全面加快复工复产进度，目前累计上钻250口、开钻213口、压裂150口，实物工作量高效推进。其中，重点优化试气作业组织和放喷求产流程，提高了压裂作业效率，加快了中区北部接入井试气进度，并及时组织具备接入条件的气井加快投产，全力释放产能，确保天然气生产任务圆满完成。

According to reports, in the first quarter, under the circumstances of downstream device failure and poor sales, gas field companies analyzed and judged the production situation, on the one hand, increased communication and coordination with upstream and downstream units, and tried their best to reduce production losses. On the other hand, give full play to the role of production command and lead, take the production task as the center, coordinate the natural gas production and production construction work, reasonably adjust the maintenance period of each well area, minimize the maintenance time, increase the production contribution of 11.38 million cubic meters, and lay a solid foundation for the first quarter.

In addition, at the beginning of this year, the gas field company fully accelerated the resumption of work and production, with a total of 250 Wells drilled, 213 spudding, and 150 fracturing Wells, and the physical workload was efficiently promoted. Among them, the focus is on optimizing the organization of gas test operations and the production process of blowout, improving the efficiency of fracturing operations, speeding up the gas test progress of access Wells in the north of the central region, and timely organizing gas Wells with access conditions to speed up production, fully releasing production capacity, and ensuring the successful completion of natural gas production tasks.
