为深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，以及山西省能源工作要求，持续推动能源绿色低碳转型和高质量发展。国新股份与特来电公司在促进低碳绿色能源发展等方面开展合作，并由华新城燃与特来电合作建设五台山石咀充电站，该项目已成功投运，成为华新燃气集团首座LNG站改造充电站。

自五台山石咀充电站试运营以来，已产生充电订单1900余条，订单电流满足率高达98.1%，充电量突破57000度，随着电站的安全持续运营，电站单终端日均运能由起初的43度上升到187度，功率利用率由起初的2.24%上升到现在的9.97%，充电效益日益渐好。

国新股份围绕资产价值、提高资产利用效率、提升经营效益等目标多措并举，通过不断梳理，内部挖潜，优化现有存量资源。将存量资产资源盘活与新业务拓展、站场综合利用及企业增收节支等相结合，资产资源盘活成效初步显现，下一步国新股份将按照“一站一策”“因地制宜”的思路，不断探索综合转型新模式，助推企业高质量发展。
