天津南港LNG冷能综合利用示范项目由天津中圣泰港新能源科技有限公司投资建设。总投资约10亿元，占地面积约11万平方米，主要新建冷能空分、分布式能源等相关附属设施。目前，项目桩基工程已完成，正式进入土建施工阶段。

天津南港LNG冷能综合利用示范项目符合国家能源综合利用的方针和国家新能源开发以及能源循环利用的整体战略，是国家提倡和扶持的新型产业，将充分依托南港工业区内两家接收站丰富的LNG资源和化工产业优势，打造世界级冷能梯级利用示范项目。未来将形成集水、电、热、冷等于一体的能源公用岛，增强保障、创新业态、降低成本，进一步推动南港工业区高质量发展与“双碳”目标的有机结合。

该项目的实施对南港工业区产业结构升级、加快清洁能源利用步伐、推动绿色发展、提升产品品质有着积极作用，并将与南港工业区高端、精细、绿色、安全、智慧的化工新材料和石化产业链深度融合，打造LNG冷能综合利用产业集群。

Tianjin Nangang LNG cold energy comprehensive utilization demonstration project is invested by Tianjin Zhongshengtai Port New Energy Technology Co., LTD. The total investment is about 1 billion yuan, covers an area of about 110,000 square meters, mainly new cold energy air separation, distributed energy and other related ancillary facilities. At present, the pile foundation project has been completed and officially entered the civil construction stage.

Tianjin Nangang LNG cold energy Comprehensive Utilization Demonstration project conforms to the national policy of comprehensive utilization of energy and the overall strategy of national new energy development and energy recycling, and is a new industry advocated and supported by the state. It will fully rely on the rich LNG resources and chemical industry advantages of the two receiving stations in Nangang Industrial Zone to build a world-class cold energy cascade utilization demonstration project. In the future, it will form an energy public island integrating water, electricity, heat and cold, enhance security, innovate business formats, reduce costs, and further promote the organic combination of high-quality development of Nangang Industrial Zone and the "dual carbon" goal.

The implementation of the project will play a positive role in upgrading the industrial structure of Nangang Industrial Zone, accelerating the pace of clean energy utilization, promoting green development and improving product quality, and will deeply integrate with the high-end, fine, green, safe and intelligent new chemical materials and petrochemical industry chain of Nangang Industrial Zone to build an industrial cluster for the comprehensive utilization of LNG cold energy.
