二是着力推动合作协议落实落地。逐项梳理战略合作协议内容，制定战略合作协议任务分工表，推动市区相关部门与中石油沟通研究提出解决方案。围绕重点合作领域，深化具体合作项目，细化天然气保供举措，延伸拓展合作事项，进一步做实企市战略合作协议，努力实现合作共赢，为保障国家能源安全，助力天津形成更多新质生产力、实现高质量发展作出新贡献。

三是着力推动重大项目开展。推动油气勘探开发、能源供应、油气与新能源融合发展、炼化一体化等一批重点项目，形成滚动接续的项目源，为我市工业投资平稳增长多作贡献。

First, strive to promote the signing of strategic cooperation agreements between enterprises and cities. On February 23, Tianjin Municipal People's Government and CNPC jointly signed the "Tianjin Municipal People's Government China National Petroleum Corporation Strategic Cooperation Agreement". In accordance with the principle of "close cooperation, complementary advantages, legal compliance, common development and mutual benefit and win-win", the two sides will give full play to their professional advantages, establish a closer central-local cooperation relationship, and further deepen bilateral cooperation in oil and gas exploration and development, energy supply, integrated development of oil and gas and new energy, refining and chemical integration, international trade, financial capital services and other fields. We will promote coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Second, work hard to implement cooperation agreements. Sort out the contents of the strategic cooperation agreement one by one, formulate the task division table of the strategic cooperation agreement, and promote the relevant departments in the city to communicate with CNPC, research and propose solutions. Focusing on key cooperation areas, we will deepen specific cooperation projects, refine natural gas supply assurance measures, extend and expand cooperation matters, further implement strategic cooperation agreements between enterprises and cities, strive to achieve win-win cooperation, and make new contributions to ensuring national energy security, helping Tianjin form more new quality productivity, and achieving high-quality development.

Third, we worked hard to carry out major projects. Promote a number of key projects such as oil and gas exploration and development, energy supply, integrated development of oil and gas and new energy, refining and chemical integration, forming a rolling source of projects, and contributing more to the steady growth of industrial investment in our city.
