“使用燃气的时侯，要把这个窗户打开，保持室内通风良好，不用的时候要关闭灶具开关和燃气管道阀门，如果遇到燃气泄漏，要立即关闭燃气阀门，远离现场，然后拨打我们的燃气报修电话。”4月10日一大早，在广元市利州区三堆镇场镇上的芳芳饼子店内，广元市天然气有限责任公司工作人员正一遍遍调试燃气泄漏报警装置，并耐心告知业主天然气使用注意事项和使用方法。

李长建与妻子赵万芳在三堆镇长期经营着一家餐饮店，由于种种原因，过去一直用的是“罐罐气”，今年，在了解政府出台的“瓶改管”燃气政策后，便第一时间申请进行了改造。

“以前用液化气很不放心，随时都要去看一下，所以我们一直想安装天然气，盼了好几年都没安成，得益于政府的好政策，现在终于安起了，安全性更高，不仅用起来心里踏实了，还节省了不少成本，以前一个月要花2000多块钱，现在只用得到1000多块钱，足足节省了一半的费用。”谈及使用天然气的种种好处，夫妻俩打心里乐开了花。

据利州区住房和城乡建设局相关负责人介绍，为了减轻餐饮经营户的经济压力，此次“瓶改管”的安装费用采取政府奖补一点、企业承担一点、用户出资一点的方式组成，三堆镇共涉及40余户，改造内容主要包括更换庭院管道、燃气立管、燃气设施、户内加装安全装置等，目前已完成改造10户。

“改造前我们对所有的商户进行了摸排，实地勘察了用户的通风条件和设施设备是否达到使用标准，所有商家都达到了改造标准，接下来我们将加快进度，力争在6月底完成改造。”广元市天然气有限责任公司利州分公司工作人员马龙说。

和李长建夫妻俩有同样感受的，还有利州区上西街道橄榄园社区的灾后重建安置点小区居民，该小区由于修建年代久远，燃气管线使用年限较长，材质锈蚀，老化严重。如今乘着老旧燃气改造的东风，小区居民能用上安全的天然气。

“政府这次免费改造燃气，我们居民都很支持，他们改造用的材料都是好材料，还安了报警器，感觉非常满意。”上西街道橄榄园社区安置房居民张鹏高兴地说。

据了解，当前广元市利州区有燃气用户约24万户，占全市的60%。2024年计划实施8个老旧燃气管网改造项目，预计项目总投资约为2亿元，改造燃气庭院管道约83.97公里，立管约169.2公里。项目完成后将为燃气安全加把“锁”，为辖区居民拧紧“安全阀”。

“燃气管网是重要的城市基础设施，它的安全运行承载着城市稳定发展和人民安居乐业。”利州区住房和城乡建设局副局长肖亮说，今年以来，该区全面开展燃气安全为民办实事项目，为34891户住户加装燃气报警器、更换燃具连接软管等。接下来将常态化开展城镇燃气安全隐患排查，重点聚焦经营性自建房燃气安全隐患排查，对排查出来的隐患坚决整改到位，同时强化源头治理，加快实施城镇燃气管道更新改造项目，切实筑牢老旧小区居民和餐饮等行业的燃气安全防线。

Talking about the benefits of using natural gas, the couple is happy.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Lizhou District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, in order to reduce the economic pressure on catering operators, the installation cost of the "bottle change pipe" takes the form of government awards, enterprises bear a little, and users contribute a little, Sandui Town involves more than 40 households. The renovation mainly includes the replacement of courtyard pipelines, gas risers, gas facilities, indoor installation of safety devices, etc., and has completed the renovation of 10 households.

"Before the transformation, we conducted a survey of all the merchants, and investigated whether the ventilation conditions and facilities of the users meet the standards of use. All the merchants have met the transformation standards. Next, we will speed up the progress and strive to complete the transformation by the end of June." "The government reformed the gas for free this time, and we residents are very supportive. The materials they used for the transformation are all good materials, and they also installed alarms. I feel very satisfied." Upper West Street Olive Garden community housing resident Zhang Peng said happily.

It is understood that there are about 240,000 gas users in Lizhou District of Guangyuan City, accounting for 60% of the city. In 2024, eight old gas pipeline network renovation projects are planned to be implemented, with a total investment of about 200 million yuan, and about 83.97 kilometers of gas courtyard pipelines and 169.2 kilometers of vertical pipes will be reformed. After the completion of the project, a "lock" will be added for gas safety and a "safety valve" will be tightened for residents in the area.

"The gas pipeline network is an important urban infrastructure, and its safe operation carries the stable development of the city and the people's peace and contentment." Xiao Liang, deputy director of the Lizhou District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, said that since this year, the district has fully carried out gas safety as a private practical project, installing gas alarms for 34,891 households, replacing fuel appliances and connecting hoses.
