据了解,储罐是液化天然气接收站的核心装备,本次完成升顶的宁波“绿能港”三期项目液化天然气储罐高62.6米,直径近百米,可同时叠放3架中国商飞C919客机,罐容27万方,相当于614个标准游泳池大小,可存储1.69亿立方米天然气,可以供应100万户家庭一年的生活用气。

液化天然储罐设计建造技术十分复杂,是能源领域的尖端技术之一,国际上只有少数国家掌握该项技术。升顶作业是利用封闭空间和外界压力差的原理,通过微压空气将穹顶“吹”起来,并通过滑轮装置协助将穹顶提升至指定位置,穹顶上升期间水平误偏差需控制在毫米内,是液化天然气储罐建设中技术难度最高、风险系数最大的工序。

为了保证升顶作业的安全、稳定,项目团队通过平衡导向、储罐密封、升顶动力及智能监测四大系统,实时监测、精准控制储罐升顶期间的气压、速率、偏移度等参数,实现作业过程中穹顶水平偏移及旋转偏差精度控制在5毫米内,就位精度符合业界最高标准。

The design and construction technology of liquefied natural storage tank is very complex, and it is one of the cutting-edge technologies in the field of energy, and only a few countries in the world have mastered this technology. The lifting operation is to use the principle of closed space and external pressure difference to "blow" the dome through micro-pressurized air, and lift the dome to the designated position through the pulleys. During the lifting of the dome, the horizontal error should be controlled within millimeters, which is the process with the highest technical difficulty and the greatest risk coefficient in the construction of LNG storage tanks.

In order to ensure the safety and stability of the lifting operation, the project team through the balance guidance, storage tank sealing, lifting power and intelligent monitoring four systems, real-time monitoring, accurate control of the tank lifting during the pressure, speed, deviation and other parameters, to achieve the horizontal migration and rotation deviation of the dome during the operation precision control within 5 mm, positioning accuracy in line with the industry's highest standards.
