摘要为了明确混合工质摩尔配比对LNG绕管式换热器壳侧换热特性的影响,开展了乙烷/丙烷二元混合工质两相流体在壳侧的换热特性试验研究。其中,乙烷与丙烷摩尔配比分别为10:90、30:70与60:40,干度工况范围为0.2~1.0,质流密度为40~80 kg/(m^2·s),热流密度为6 kW/m^2。试验结果表明:对于乙烷/丙烷二元混合工质,当干度小于0.7时,换热系数随乙烷摩尔分数的增加而减小;在干度大于0.7时,换热系数随乙烷摩尔分数的增加而增大。In order to clarify the influence of molar fraction of the refrigerant mixture on heat transfer characteristics on the shell side of LNG spiral wound heat exchanger,the experimental study was conducted on the heat transfer characteristics of two-phase propane/ethane binary mixture flow on the shell side.The molar fractions of ethane and propane were 10:90,30:70 and 60:40,respectively.The range of test conditions for the vapor quality was 0.2~0.9,the mass flux was 40~80 kg/(m2·s)and the heat flux was 6 kW/m2.The experimental results indicate that,for the ethane/propane binary mixture,when the vapor quality was smaller than 0.7,the shell-side heat transfer coefficient decreased with the increase of ethane molar fraction;when the vapor quality was larger than 0.7,the shell-side heat transfer coefficient increased with the increase of ethane molar fraction.
