作为年加工原油超过1400万吨的大型石油炼化企业,炼化公司积极响应号召,从组织机构、管理制度、技术设备、资金投入等多个方面入手,全面加强节水工作,取得了显著成效。

近年来,炼化公司不断推动节水技术创新,通过实施一系列节水技术改造项目,实现了生产水耗的有效降低。该公司成立了以总经理为组长的节能管理小组,全面指导和监督节水工作,确保各项节水措施落到实处。同时,建立完善的节水管理制度,明确了各部门的节水责任和目标,形成了一套行之有效的节水管理体系。

在技术改造方面,炼化公司所属各单位积极探索和实践,取得了多项创新成果。延安炼油厂的两套催化装置通过精细调整蒸汽使用量,成功降低了生产过程中的蒸汽消耗,节约新鲜水约10万吨/年。永坪炼油厂通过加装净化水与新鲜水之间的副线,实现了净化水的循环利用,每年节约新鲜水约2万吨。

此外,榆林炼油厂优化供排水车间换热站采暖系统的补水方式,将除盐水改为自来水,降低生产成本的同时节约新鲜水约2.5万吨/年。延安石油化工厂轻烃中心实施的锅炉烟气脱硫废水处理项目,不仅解决了脱硫废水处理难题,还实现了冷凝水的回收再利用,每年节约新鲜水约6000吨。油田气化工科技公司通过改进压料方式,有效提高了生产效率并节约了大量新鲜水。

In terms of technological transformation, the units of the refining and chemical company actively explore and practice, and have achieved a number of innovative results. Two catalytic units at Yan 'an Refinery have successfully reduced steam consumption in the production process by fine-tuning steam usage, saving about 100,000 tons of fresh water per year. By installing a secondary line between purified water and fresh water, the Yongping Refinery has realized the recycling of purified water, saving about 20,000 tons of fresh water every year.

In addition, Yulin Oil Refinery optimized the water supply method of the heating system of the heat exchange station of the water supply and drainage workshop, changed the debrine to tap water, reduced the production cost and saved about 25,000 tons of fresh water/year. The boiler flue gas desulfurization wastewater treatment project implemented by the light hydrocarbon Center of Yan 'an Petrochemical Plant not only solves the problem of desulfurization wastewater treatment, but also realizes the recycling of condensate water, saving about 6,000 tons of fresh water every year. The oil field gas chemical technology company has improved the production efficiency and saved a lot of fresh water by improving the pressing method.
