今年一季度，华北油田油气生产保持高位，原油产量同比增长5.7%，煤层气产量同比增长15%，储气库群圆满完成保供任务，以奋进姿态夺取了首季“开门红”。

今年年初以来，华北油田立足勘探“龙头”，以增加规模经济可采储量、提高SEC储采比为重点，加强一体化组织，围绕打好“四场战役”，努力实现新一轮储量高峰增长。目前，河套盆地新一轮规模增储方案通过上级审查，二连盆地加强地质工程一体化、提高单井产量工作，保定凹陷清苑地区规模效益储量持续增加。

推进效益开发，以“基本盘”筑牢上产“增量盘”。华北油田坚持产量效益并重，围绕控制递减率和提高采收率工作主线，深入推进效益建产、老油田稳产、提高采收率“三大工程”，分区块、分油藏、分井型进行效益排队，不断优化方案部署，持续开展新工艺新技术试验等，加速储量向产能、产量的转化。目前，新区效益建产工程持续推进，保清1区块开发先导试验方案论证节奏加快。老油田“压舱石”工程肃宁-大王庄区块坚持“五重”技术路线，通过新井投产以及老区综合治理，日产油量由1885吨上升至1925吨。

3月20日，河北储气库分公司顾辛庄储气库井场内，苏桥注采气作业区维修班班长刘长波带领员工紧锣密鼓地进行平衡期检维修及注采转换工作。去冬今春，华北油田持续提升保供能力，强化产供储销一体化联动，迎战多轮寒潮的侵袭。储气库群多次“提气”战寒，创下最高日采气2356万立方米、周期累计采气20.7亿立方米的历史纪录。山西煤层气分公司发挥全国最大煤层气田主力军作用，利用管网互联互通优势，统筹调配气量至长治、临汾等地，最高日调配气量达50万立方米。采油四厂根据下游市场天然气销售周期精细划分月度生产计划，全力保障天然气产销平衡和供应稳定，一季度完成商品气量超8000万立方米。

Promote the development of benefits, and build a solid "incremental disc" of production with the "basic disc". Huabei Oilfield attaches equal importance to production efficiency, focuses on the main line of controlling decline rate and enhancing oil recovery, and further promotes the "three major projects" of production efficiency construction, stable production of old oil fields and enhanced oil recovery, conducts benefit queues by block, reservoir and well types, continuously optimizes plan deployment, and continuously carries out new technology and new technology tests to accelerate the transformation of reserves into production capacity and output. At present, the benefit construction project of the new District continues to advance, and the demonstration rhythm of the pilot test plan for the development of Baoqing Block 1 has accelerated. The Suning-Dawangzhuang block of the "ballast stone" project in the old oilfield adhered to the "five-fold" technical route, and through the production of new Wells and the comprehensive treatment of the old area, the daily oil production increased from 1,885 tons to 1,925 tons.

On March 20, in the Guxinzhuang gas storage well site of Hebei Gas Storage Branch, Liu Changbo, monitor of the maintenance team in Suqiao gas injection and production operation area, led the staff to carry out the balance period inspection and maintenance and injection and production conversion work. Last winter and spring, North China Oilfield continued to improve the ability to ensure supply, strengthen the integration of production, supply, storage and marketing, and face the attack of multiple rounds of cold waves. The gas storage group has repeatedly "lifted gas" to fight cold, setting a historical record of 23.56 million cubic meters of maximum daily gas production and 2.07 billion cubic meters of cumulative gas production in a cycle. Shanxi CBM Branch plays the role of the main force of the country's largest CBM field, and utilizes the advantages of pipe network interconnection to coordinate the deployment of gas to Changzhi, Linfen and other places, with the highest daily deployment of 500,000 cubic meters of gas. The fourth oil production plant finely divided the monthly production plan according to the downstream market natural gas sales cycle, fully guaranteed the balance of natural gas production and sales and stable supply, and completed the commercial gas volume of more than 80 million cubic meters in the first quarter.
