截至3月31日，华北油气分公司东胜气田今年新投产井达18口，单井最高日产量达6.6万立方米，新投产井产量同比增长34.64%，为气田稳产上产奠定良好基础。

今年以来，东胜气田抢抓天然气上产主动权，加快各类手续办理，稳步推进钻井、压裂、试油气及地面工程建设，不断提升新井投产速度。进一步加强新井生产运行优化，抓实承包商管理，强化单井全作业链统筹管理。聚焦全年新井提速目标，落实“一井一群”“一井一人”措施，根据不同工况定时通报生产工况，做到节点有人盯、过程有人管。针对部分气井压裂后期排采见气较慢的情况，加大新工艺技术应用力度，大大缩短产气周期，产能建设持续加快。

Further strengthen the optimization of production and operation of new Wells, grasp the management of contractors, and strengthen the overall management of the whole operation chain of a single well. Focus on the annual target of speeding up new Wells, implement the measures of "one well, one group" and "one well, one person", and regularly report production conditions according to different working conditions, so that nodes are monitored and processes are managed. In view of the slow gas production in some gas Wells after fracturing, the application of new technology has been intensified, the gas production cycle has been greatly shortened, and the production capacity construction has been accelerated.
