4月1日,塔里木油田实验检测研究院对自研的油基泥浆高温高压电稳定性测定仪进行安装调试。经测试,该仪器运行平稳、性能优异,基本达到设计指标,标志着塔里木油田具备了高温、高压和超深工况下检测油基泥浆电稳定性的能力,填补了行业空白。 油基泥浆高温高压电稳定性是保障深井使用油基泥浆质量的一项关键指标,性能如果不符合要求,会使钻井作业存在重大安全隐患。当前,行业内采用的常温常压测定仪面对苛刻工况,无法真实反映数据。 2023年以来,为满足塔里木油田“三超”井油基泥浆电稳定性的检测需求,塔里木油田实验检测研究院自研一套油基泥浆高温高压电稳定性测定仪,使检测技术取得新突破,攻克了油基泥浆电稳定性检测的难题。 该仪器由油基泥浆电稳定性测量系统、加热系统、动力系统、增压系统、安全泄压系统、自动化操作系统6部分组成,可在220摄氏度和10兆帕压力条件下检测油基泥浆的电稳定性,合理降低钻井成本。 On April 1, the self-developed high temperature and high voltage stability tester for oil-based mud was installed and debugged in Tarim Oilfield Experimental Testing Institute. The stability of oil base mud at high temperature and high voltage is a key index to ensure the quality of oil base mud used in deep Wells. If the performance does not meet the requirements, there will be a major safety hazard in drilling operations. At present, the normal temperature and pressure meter used in the industry can not truly reflect the data in the face of harsh conditions. Since 2023, in order to meet the testing requirements of oil-based mud electrical stability in well "Sanchao" of Tarim Oilfield, Tarim Oilfield Experimental Testing Research Institute has developed a set of high temperature and high voltage stability tester for oil-based mud, which has made a new breakthrough in testing technology and overcome the difficult problem of oil-based mud electrical stability detection. The instrument is composed of 6 parts: electric stability measurement system, heating system, power system, pressurization system, safety pressure relief system and automatic operating system. It can detect the electrical stability of oil-based mud under 220 degrees Celsius and 10 mpa pressure conditions, and reduce the drilling cost reasonably. |
