今年以来，上海海洋油气分公司扎实开展“牢记嘱托、感恩奋进，创新发展、打造一流”主题行动，持续提升开发效益，大力拓展新区，一季度油气产量超计划运行，生产份额商品油、份额商品气分别同比增加12.9%、39.9%。

他们持续提升开发效益，油气规模不断扩大。稳固老区“基本盘”，加强油气藏动态分析，推进老区周边滚动及内部调整，开展全年产量指标滚动预测与低产低效井分类专项治理，推动平台流程降压，提高气藏可采储量。一季度，完成14井次动态监测和9井次低产低效井措施作业，油气增产效果明显。为使海上零散小型气田经济有效开发，推进“滚评建”一体化效益开发模式，实施以来较原方案动用储量增加58%，方案设计产能增加100%。同时，以“少井高产”为目标，积极做强新区“增长极”，新区某井最高日产气量达65万立方米。

In the first quarter, we completed 14 Wells' dynamic monitoring and 9 Wells' low-yield and low-efficiency operations, and the oil and gas production increased significantly. In order to enable the economic and effective development of scattered small offshore gas fields, the integrated benefit development model of "rolling assessment and construction" has been promoted, and the reserves used have increased by 58% compared with the original plan since its implementation, and the designed production capacity of the plan has increased by 100%. At the same time, with "fewer Wells and high yield" as the goal, actively strengthen the new district "growth pole", the highest daily gas output of a well in the new district reached 650,000 cubic meters.
