金陵石化针状焦应用于超高功率石墨电极

日前,采用金陵石化煅后针状焦生产的600毫米超高功率石墨电极在国内三家钢厂试用成功,标志着中国石化600毫米超高功率石墨电极用煅后针状焦攻关工作取得阶段性成果。

针状焦是电弧炉炼钢不可替代的耐高温导电发热材料和制备高端锂电池负极材料的优质原料,用针状焦制成的石墨电极具有耐热冲击性能强、机械强度高、氧化性能好、电极消耗低、允许电流密度大等优点。金陵石化煅后针状焦样品通过了国际专业评测机构——瑞士R&D公司专业严格的中试评价测试,评测结果显示金陵石化煅后针状焦质量达到优质针状焦水平,可作为生产超高功率石墨电极的原料。

A few days ago, the 600mm ultra-high power graphite electrode produced by Jinling Petrochemical after calcined needle coke was successfully tested in three domestic steel mills, marking that Sinopec's 600mm ultra-high power graphite electrode after calcined needle coke has achieved stage results.

Needle coke is an irreplaceable high temperature resistant conductive and heating material for arc furnace steelmaking and a high quality raw material for the preparation of high-end lithium battery anode materials. The graphite electrode made of needle coke has the advantages of strong thermal shock resistance, high mechanical strength, good oxidation performance, low electrode consumption and high allowable current density. The sample of Jinling Petrochemical's calcined needle coke has passed the professional and strict pilot eva luation test by Swiss R&D Company, an international professional eva luation organization. The eva luation results show that the quality of Jinling Petrochemical's calcined needle coke has reached the level of high quality needle coke and can be used as raw material for producing ultra-high power graphite electrodes.
