4月1日，石油工程建设公司中标国家管网川气东送二线天然气管道工程川渝鄂段（铜梁—潜江）干线工程一、三、四标段，中标总里程592.8公里，累计合同额33.78亿元。这标志着石油工程建设公司在国家管网市场中，由单个工程承揽占比不到20%提升到70%，创该公司在国家管网市场单个工程项目合同额最大、里程最长两项纪录。

川气东送二线天然气管道工程是我国“十四五”重大能源基础设施工程，对促进川渝和中东部地区经济社会发展及能源结构优化、加快完善“全国一张网”具有重大意义。工程建成后，我国将再添一条横跨东西的油气能源大动脉，突破四川盆地天然气外输瓶颈，解决中东部地区天然气调峰资源不足问题。

The second-line gas pipeline project of Sichuan Gas Transmission to the East is a major energy infrastructure project of China's "14th Five-Year Plan", which is of great significance to promote the economic and social development and energy structure optimization in Sichuan, Chongqing and central and eastern regions, and accelerate the improvement of "one national network". After the completion of the project, China will add a major artery of oil and gas energy across the east and west, break through the bottleneck of natural gas export in the Sichuan basin, and solve the problem of insufficient natural gas peak balancing resources in the central and eastern regions.
