近日,齐鲁石化自主研发的深度醚化技术在中科炼化东兴分部9万吨/年MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)装置完成技术标定,标志着国内首例深度醚化技术工业化应用成功。

目前,国内炼油型MTBE装置生产的醚后碳四中的异丁烯含量较高,无法满足后续1-丁烯装置生产要求。齐鲁石化科研人员根据中科炼化东兴分部需求,持续开展技术攻关,在自有MTBE技术基础上开发出深度醚化技术,装置采用该技术完成改造后运行平稳。经技术标定,MTBE装置生产的醚后碳四中异丁烯含量和转化率均满足指标要求和生产所需。深度醚化技术的成功研发和应用,有效节约企业改造费用和生产成本,为利用碳四生产1-丁烯打下基础,也为同类装置升级改造提供了经验。

Recently, the deep etherification technology independently developed by Qilu Petrochemical completed the technical calibration of the 90,000 tons/year MTBE (methyl tert-butyl ether) device in the Dongxing Branch of Zhongke Refining and Chemical, marking the first successful industrial application of deep etherification technology in China.

At present, the isobutene content in ether carbon IV produced by domestic refinery MTBE plant is high, which can not meet the production requirements of subsequent 1-butene plant. According to the needs of Dongxing Branch, Qilu Petrochemical researchers continue to carry out technical research, and develop deep etherification technology on the basis of its own MTBE technology, and the device runs smoothly after the transformation with this technology. After technical calibration, the content and conversion rate of isobutylene produced by MTBE device meet the requirements of the index and production. The successful development and application of deep etherification technology has effectively saved enterprise transformation costs and production costs, laid a foundation for the production of 1-butene using carbon four, and also provided experience for the upgrading of similar devices.
