三季度是完成全年任务目标的重要阶段。通风系统改造项目开始联合试运转、劳动竞赛创出建矿以来定向钻探月进尺新高、80个“东庞先锋”汇聚奋进力量，一幅幅破题攻关、硕果累累的画卷正在冀中股份东庞矿区徐徐展开。

一个大项目：形成“四进四回”通风格局

7月23日，东庞矿通风系统改造联合试运转成功，标志着“四进四回”通风格局形成。通风系统改造是冀中能源集团、冀中股份公司重点项目，谋划于2019年。项目投用后，矿井总风量增加约每分钟3000立方米，后期还可根据需求继续提升，且突出危险区（十二采区）通风系统完全独立，为矿井采掘生产和瓦斯防治提供了充足风源。

为确保项目启动一次成功，东庞矿于7月1日，开展新回风井主通风机试运行，检验设备的机械性能和电气系统的稳定性。并在联合试运转前，召开三次专题调度会，不断细化方案，将责任明确至各部门、各岗位。

“试运转期间，我们将对主要设施、装备进行检测检验，对各生产系统进行调试，并组织安全设施、职业病防护设施、环保、消防等一系列专项工程验收，确保试运行结束时达到竣工验收条件，为项目正式运行打下坚实基础。”李冬红表示。

A big project: the formation of "four into four" ventilation pattern

On July 23, the joint trial operation of the ventilation system transformation of Dongpang Mine was successful, marking the formation of the "four into four" ventilation pattern. Ventilation system transformation is a key project of Jizhong Energy Group and Jizhong Joint Stock Company, planned in 2019. After the project is put into operation, the total air volume of the mine will increase by about 3,000 cubic meters per minute, which can be further increased according to the demand in the later stage, and the ventilation system of the prominent danger area (twelve mining areas) is completely independent, providing sufficient wind source for mining production and gas prevention.

In order to ensure a successful start of the project, Dongpang Mine carried out a trial run of the main ventilator of the new return air shaft on July 1 to test the mechanical properties of the equipment and the stability of the electrical system. And before the joint trial operation, three special scheduling meetings were held to continuously refine the plan and clarify the responsibility to all departments and posts.

"During the trial run, we will test and inspect the main facilities and equipment, debug the production systems, and organize a series of special projects such as safety facilities, occupational disease prevention facilities, environmental protection and fire protection to ensure that the completion acceptance conditions are met at the end of the trial run, laying a solid foundation for the formal operation of the project." Li Donghong said.
