乌鲁木齐12月11日电 (陶拴科)“昌吉州已探明矿产40余种，煤炭、石油储量占新疆的26%、11%，风光电资源371.7吉瓦，是全疆千万千瓦级新能源基地之一。”10日，新疆昌吉回族自治州党委副书记、州长郑敏说。

　　2023年，昌吉州规上工业总产值突破2500亿元，居新疆首位；2024年规上工业企业达590家，增加值保持大基数下两位数增长。

       In 2023, the total industrial output value of Changji Prefecture exceeded 250 billion yuan, ranking first in Xinjiang; In 2024, the number of industrial enterprises will reach 590, and the added value will maintain double-digit growth under a large base.

　　资料表明，昌吉州煤炭、多晶硅、电解铝产能占新疆一半，煤电装机超3200万千瓦、全疆第一，在建及开展前期的新能源项目超4200万千瓦，并网规模年内突破1500万千瓦。

　　郑敏介绍，昌吉州巩固提升优势产业，重点打造煤基、铝基、硅基3个千亿级和油气、粮油、纺织、畜产品4个百亿级产业集群；瞄准“强链提质”，实施286个延链补链项目，完成工业固投554.7亿元；培育壮大新兴产业，集聚落地一批光伏组件、风机、储能装备等制造企业，推动新能源项目与新能源装备制造实现“两翼齐飞”。

　　准东经济技术开发区是新疆首个千亿级产业园区，已建成全国单体产能最大的绿色智慧矿山，“疆煤外运”突破5000万吨，每年“疆电外送”620亿度、其中绿电比例超过30%，外送电量可供应7000万户家庭一年的用电，60亿立方米煤制气项目加快推进，已成为国家“三基地一通道”的重要支点。
