这里是罕台川北站的煤炭物流园，鄂尔多斯市73座煤矿，60%以上的煤炭都在这里进行装车发运。11月以来，物流园日均发运煤炭达到了6万吨以上，如此多的煤炭，在一天之内要进行装车发运，这里的智能装车系统就发挥了重要的作用。

　　在煤炭装车现场，一节节车厢在环形装车线上缓缓前进，驶入铁路定量装车点。智能装车系统自动识别车号后，每节车厢的煤炭装载量随之确定。当系统检测到车厢经过，上方的出煤口迅速落入车厢，煤炭随即倾泻而下。随着列车的前进，防冻剂喷洒、煤炭装载、平整煤面、抑尘作业等多道工序同步进行，大约1分钟，一节车厢就能载满煤炭。

　　国铁呼和浩特局包头铁路物流中心罕台川北营业部副经理 刘燕生：自从使用了智能化装车系统之后，我们装一个万吨大列只需要两小时左右，大大地节省了装车的时间，节省了三分之二的时间。

　　智能装车系统不仅仅可以装车，还能自动完成配料、车辆动态跟踪、自动卸料等任务，实现从给煤、输煤、配煤、机车对位到装车结束的全流程智能化无人操作，整个过程精准高效，有效规避了人为操作可能带来的失误。

　　罕台川北站煤炭物流园装车塔负责人 阮金生：上面是缓冲仓，提前把煤储存在缓冲仓里，然后依靠缓冲仓下边ABCD四个闸板的开度来给定量仓精确配煤。装车站与储煤棚之间靠皮带传输系统相连接，储存、装卸、发运都在全封闭的皮带走廊里完成。

　　据了解，目前内蒙古中西部的37家煤炭装车基地，73%已实现了智能化装车。

　　10月份以来，内蒙古中西部铁路日均发运煤炭59.49万吨，较去年同期增长22.51%，日均发送直达港口的万吨煤炭列车达35列，有效保证了内蒙古、京津冀等地区的冬煤供应。
