中国和吉尔吉斯斯坦是友好邻邦和全面战略伙伴，2023年5月在西安举行的中国-中亚峰会期间，中吉两国发表的联合宣言提出“携手推动双方在基础设施、产业投资、绿色能源开发等领域合作”。比什凯克垃圾科技处置发电项目作为峰会之后双方合作的重要成果，不仅将推动比什凯克的垃圾处理从填埋到清洁焚烧的转型升级，极大地改善比什凯克的人居环境，还将给当地带来源源不断的绿色电力，将垃圾“变废为宝”，造福社会、造福人民。据悉，比什凯克垃圾科技处置发电项目总规模为日焚烧处理生活垃圾3000吨，初期建设规模为1000吨/日，投资约9500万美元，后续将根据吉尔吉斯斯坦内阁要求分期分批建设，烟气排放执行欧盟EU2010/75/EC标准。

公司作为国家高新技术企业和深交所上市公司，建设运营的长沙黑麋峰固废处理场是迄今为止全国唯一拥有两个垃圾焚烧发电项目鲁班奖的环保园区，污泥处置项目和渗滤液处理项目分别被国家住建部评为“重大科技专项实施场所”和“科技示范工程”。公司打造了具有标杆示范作用的城市固废综合协同处理模式，形成了固废处理全产业链服务能力。自2022年上市以来，连续两年被湖南省地方金融监管局评为湖南A股上市公司经营效益前十强，彰显公司高质量经营水平。

China and Kyrgyzstan are friendly neighbors and comprehensive strategic partners. During the China-Central Asia Summit held in Xi 'an in May 2023, the two countries issued a joint declaration to "jointly promote bilateral cooperation in infrastructure, industrial investment, green energy development and other fields." The Bishkek Waste Technology disposal power generation Project, as an important outcome of the cooperation between the two sides after the summit, will not only promote the transformation and upgrading of Bishkek's waste treatment from landfill to clean incineration, greatly improve the living environment of Bishkek, but also bring a steady stream of green electricity to the local area, turn waste into treasure, and benefit the society and the people. It is reported that the total scale of the Bishkek waste technology disposal power generation project is 3000 tons of domestic waste incineration, the initial construction scale is 1000 tons/day, the investment is about 95 million US dollars, the follow-up will be built in phases according to the requirements of the Kyrgyz Cabinet, and the flue gas emission implementation of the EU EU2010/75/EC standard.

As a national high-tech enterprise and a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company's construction and operation of Changsha Heimifeng Solid Waste Treatment Site is the only environmental protection park with two waste incineration power generation projects Luban Award so far, and the sludge disposal project and leachate treatment project have been rated as "major science and technology special implementation site" and "Science and technology demonstration project" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The company has created a comprehensive collaborative treatment model of urban solid waste with benchmarking demonstration role, and formed the service capability of the whole industrial chain of solid waste treatment.
