四月的大南海石化工业园区，生机勃发。作为揭阳市“百千万工程”的示范性项目，在揭阳市政府、大南海工业园区以及广东石化的全力支持下，东粤化学、各参建单位和全体建设者，把20万吨/年混合废塑料资源化综合利用示范性项目作为企业头号工程加紧建设，项目建设现场热火朝天，建设者忙在施工一线，施工车辆来回穿梭，机器轰鸣声不绝于耳，抢工期、赶进度，建设“热度”和“速度”振奋人心。

20万吨/年混合废塑料资源化综合利用示范性项目规划建设原料化单元、裂解单元、废盐分解单元等生产装置及配套设施，自2月底开工以来，全面加快建设进度，保证项目建设每周都有新进展、每月都有标志性成果，确保项目如期完成。

目前，项目正在开展桩基施工、原料处理单元及围墙的土建工作。项目总变电所工程桩共计117根均已完成，工程桩检测、办公楼CFG桩、原料处理单元车间土方开挖、原料处理单元库房土方开挖、围墙基础等工程正同步推进中，2#塔吊基础浇筑完成，临建办公区硬化工作已完成。

东粤化学将按期保质保量推进工程建设，严格按照“时间表”、“任务图”，全力保障工程建设进度。该项目顺应国家“碳中和”和“碳达峰”的大方针战略，从废物中寻求资源，减少二氧化碳的排放，对于实现绿色可持续发展具有重大意义，同时为加快培育新质生产力、推动区域经济高质量发展奠定了基础。

200,000 tons/year mixed plastic resource comprehensive utilization demonstration project planning and construction of raw material unit, cracking unit, waste salt decomposition unit and other production equipment and supporting facilities, since the start of the end of February, comprehensively accelerate the construction progress, to ensure that the project construction has new progress every week, monthly landmark results, to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.

At present, the project is carrying out the construction of pile foundation, raw material treatment unit and civil construction of the wall. A total of 117 piles in the total substation project have been completed, engineering pile testing, office building CFG piles, raw material treatment unit workshop earthwork excavation, raw material treatment unit warehouse earthwork excavation, wall foundation and other projects are advancing synchronously, 2# tower crane foundation pouring has been completed, and hardening work in the temporary construction office area has been completed.

Dongyue Chemical will promote the construction of the project according to the quality and quantity, in strict accordance with the "schedule" and "task map", and make every effort to ensure the progress of the project construction. The project conforms to the national strategy of "carbon neutrality" and "carbon peak", seeks resources from waste and reduces carbon dioxide emissions, which is of great significance for the realization of green and sustainable development, and lays the foundation for accelerating the cultivation of new quality productivity and promoting the high-quality development of regional economy.
