石家庄长安区污水处理厂建设项目生化池基础尺寸长110米，宽73米，深0.85米。本工程技术难点是筏板基础为超长无缝结构，为控制较长及大面积混凝土裂缝，施工中加强养护及合理选用材料以减少混凝土的收缩，采用低水化热水泥的混凝土，且按设计要求掺加膨胀抗裂剂。在长跨方向设置连续式膨胀加强带，大面积混凝土楼面需一次性抹光，同时由于施工场内空间狭小，需合理安排施工机械和布置浇筑线路。

前期为保证混凝土浇筑顺利，项目部成立了浇筑工作小组，召开浇筑工作部署会，重点针对施工技术要求、混凝土配合比设计、混凝土泵车布置及浇筑顺序、浇筑资源配置、试验检测等方面前置分析，同时对施工管理、技术质量、安全管控等各项工作进行细化分工，通过旁站监督，做好技术交底工作，协调好班组之间工序交接问题。

At the same time, due to the narrow space in the construction site, construction machinery and placement lines need to be reasonably arranged.

In the early stage, in order to ensure smooth concrete pouring, the project department set up a pouring working group and held a pouring work deployment meeting, focusing on the preliminary analysis of construction technical requirements, concrete mix ratio design, concrete pump truck layout and pouring sequence, pouring resource allocation, test and testing, etc. At the same time, various works such as construction management, technical quality and safety control were divided into detailed divisions. Through the side station supervision, do a good job of technical disclosure, coordinate the process handover between the team.
