日前，随着《履约保函和质保金保函释放的会议纪要》的签字，标志着由中国电建EPC总承包，水电十六局承担机组安装，位于马里境内的塞内加尔河上可供流域三国共享的古伊那水电站项目质保期圆满结束，顺利通过竣工验收。

马里古伊那水电站项目是“一带一路”沿线西非区域的大型基础设施建设项目，位于马里西部，坐落在马里境内的巴富拉贝与卡伊两城市之间的塞内加尔河流上，为径流式水电站，坝高19米、总长1317米，安装3台轴流式水轮发电机组，总装机容量140兆瓦，电站于2016年11月15日正式开工建设，2022年3月12日成功实现首台机组并网发电，2022年11月10日通过临时验收，2022年12月3日竣工。

质保期内，水电站运行各项指标均达标，累计发电量超过12.61亿千瓦时，每年可为流域国家提供约6.2亿度的清洁电力能源，与同样由水电十六局参建并承担水电站临时运行维护的费鲁水电站一道，连接成持久稳定、覆盖面广的区域电网，向马里、塞内加尔、毛里塔尼亚西非三国输送清洁电力，并辐射至包括几内亚在内的塞内加尔河全流域。

Recently, with the signing of the meeting minutes of the release of the Performance Guarantee Letter and the quality guarantee Letter, it marked that the EPC contract of Power China, the installation of the unit by the 16th Hydropower Bureau, and the quality guarantee period of the Gouina hydropower Station project, which is located on the Senegal River in Mali and can be shared by the three countries in the basin, was successfully ended and passed the completion acceptance.

Mali Guina Hydropower Station project is a large-scale infrastructure construction project in West Africa along the "Belt and Road". Located in the west of Mali, it is located on the Senegalese river between Bafurabe and Kai in Mali. It is a runoff hydropower station with a dam height of 19 meters and a total length of 1317 meters. The power station officially started construction on November 15, 2016, successfully connected the first unit to the grid on March 12, 2022, passed the provisional acceptance on November 10, 2022, and was completed on December 3, 2022.

During the warranty period, the operation indicators of the hydropower station are up to standard, the cumulative power generation exceeds 1.261 billion KWH, and it can provide about 620 million KWH of clean power energy for the countries in the basin every year. Together with the Feru Hydropower Station, which is also built by the 16th Hydropower Bureau and undertakes the temporary operation and maintenance of the hydropower station, it is connected to a durable and stable regional grid with wide coverage. It delivers clean electricity to Mali, Senegal and Mauritania in West Africa, and radiates to the entire basin of the Senegal River, including Guinea.
