3月13日，随着2号机组启动试验顺利完成，尼泊尔上马相迪A水电站2024年度C级检修工作圆满完成。本次年度检修任务包括1号、2号机组C级检修和公用系统C级检修，共完成检修项目203项、技术改造4项，为保障机组安全稳定运行奠定了坚实基础。

项目部坚持“应修必修、修必修好”的原则，提前明确检修任务及责任分工，详细梳理检修项目、进度计划及验收标准，合理统筹各类资源，及时协调解决现场问题，确保检修、消缺及技改等项目达到预期目标。同时项目在检修过程中深化“以工促训”新模式，组织当地员工深度参与检修工作，理论与实践相融合，在现场面对面答疑解惑、手把手现场指导，“老带新”和“传帮带”在工作实践中生动演绎，让当地员工在身体力行中学知识、钻技术、增才干。

检修过程中，项目部坚持安全第一、以人为本，全面强化现场反违章力度和“两票三制”制度，杜绝习惯性违章和无票作业，抓好工期进度和现场安全。经过12天的艰苦奋战，各检修项目圆满完成，并实现一次性并网成功，为本年度完成发电任务提供了坚实保障，得到了业主的高度赞扬。

On March 13, with the successful completion of the start-up test of Unit 2, the 2024 C-class maintenance work of Shangma Xiangdi A hydropower Station in Nepal was successfully completed. The annual maintenance tasks include C-level maintenance of units 1 and 2 and C-level maintenance of public systems, and a total of 203 maintenance projects and 4 technical transformations have been completed, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the safe and stable operation of units.

The project department adheres to the principle of "repair should be required, repair must be done well", clear maintenance tasks and division of responsibilities in advance, sort out maintenance projects, schedule plans and acceptance standards in detail, rationally coordinate various resources, coordinate and solve on-site problems in a timely manner, and ensure that maintenance, deficiency elimination and technical transformation projects achieve the expected goals. At the same time, the project deepened the new mode of "promoting training by industry" during the overhaul process, organized local employees to participate in the overhaul work in depth, integrated theory and practice, answered questions and answered doubts on the spot, gave on-site guidance by hand, and vividly interpreted the "old with new" and "pass along" in the work practice, allowing local employees to learn knowledge, drill technology and increase their talents.

During the maintenance process, the project department adheres to safety first and people-oriented, comprehensively strengthens the on-site anti-violation efforts and the "two-vote three-system" system, puts an end to habitual violations and no-ticket operations, and graspers the schedule and site safety. After 12 days of hard work, the maintenance projects were successfully completed, and the one-time grid connection was successfully achieved, which provided a solid guarantee for the completion of the power generation task this year, and was highly praised by the owner.
