玛尔挡水电站位于青海省果洛藏族自治州玛沁县拉加镇上游约5千米的黄河干流上,所处地区平均海拔3300米,总装机容量232万千瓦,是黄河流域在建海拔最高、装机最大的水电站,也是国家实施“西电东送”和“青电入豫”的骨干电源点,以及国家和青海省重点能源项目。

该电站共安装四台单机容量为550MW和一台单机容量为120MW的水轮发电机组,其机组厂房为国内在建海拔最高、规模最大,配套的750千伏超高压变电站——玛尔挡云杉变电站也是国内海拔最高的超高压变电站,由国家能源集团自主开发建设和运行维护管理。该项目所有机组将于2024年12月全部投产发电。

在当日举行的国家能源集团玛尔挡水电站首台机组发电暨在青重大项目开工动员大会上,国家能源集团党组书记、董事长刘国跃同时宣布国家第二批大基地大柴旦100万千瓦风光储项目、青豫直流二期1标段国能联合体100万千瓦光伏光热项目10万千瓦光热建设项目正式开工。国家第二批大基地大柴旦100万千瓦风光储项目位于青海海西州大柴旦行委锡铁山镇境内,属于大型风光同场基地项目,包含70万千瓦光伏和30万千瓦风电工程。青豫直流二期1标段国能联合体100万千瓦光伏光热项目10万千瓦光热建设项目位于青海海南州生态太阳能发电园区南部,采用熔盐塔式技术路线,镜场总采光面积约70.02万平方米,项目建成后通过青海-河南±800kV特高压直流工程输电通道消纳。

据了解,玛尔挡水电站地处平均海拔3300米青藏高原,含氧量只有平原地区的60%,是典型的高寒高海拔地区。为确保按期实现首台机组投产发电目标,玛尔挡水电站24小时不间断施工,全力推进电站工程建设,创造了“提前40天将5台机组座环蜗壳及以下埋件全部安装完成”“挤压边墙建设速度为全球同类型工程领先水平”“岩锚梁浇筑质量达国内一流水平”“5号机组尾水肘管安装创高海拔工期新纪录”的优异成绩。

据介绍,玛尔挡水电站大坝由水电三局承建,机电安装由水电七局承建,隧洞开挖(厂房)由葛洲坝集团承建。项目全机组投产后,预计平均年发电量达73.04亿千瓦时,可满足182.5万个年用电量为4000度的家庭用电需求,每年可节约标准煤约220万吨,减少排放二氧化碳约816万吨,减少二氧化硫排放量约3.04万吨。

The second batch of national big base Da Qaidan 1 million kilowatt wind storage project is located in the territory of Xitieshan Town in Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, which is a large wind and scenery base project, including 700,000 kilowatts of photovoltaic and 300,000 kilowatts of wind power projects. The project is located in the south of Hainan ecological solar power generation Park, adopting the molten salt tower technology route. The total lighting area of the mirror field is about 70.02 million square meters. After the completion of the project, it will be absorbed through the Qinghai-Henan ±800kV UHV DC power transmission channel.

It is understood that the Marblock hydropower station is located at an average altitude of 3,300 meters on the Tibetan Plateau, the oxygen content is only 60% of the plain area, is a typical high altitude area. In order to ensure that the first unit is put into operation on time, the Marblock Hydropower Station is under uninterrupted construction 24 hours a day to promote the construction of the power station project. It has created the excellent achievements of "complete installation of all the 5 units' ring volutes and the following embedded parts 40 days in advance", "the construction speed of the extruded side wall is the leading level of the same type of engineering in the world", "the pouring quality of the rock anchor beam has reached the first-class level in China" and "the installation of the tailwater elbow pipe of Unit 5 has set a new record for the construction period at high altitude".

According to reports, the dam of Maerblock hydropower Station is built by the third hydropower Bureau, the mechanical and electrical installation is built by the seventh hydropower Bureau, and the tunnel excavation (workshop) is built by Gezhouba Group. After the whole unit of the project is put into operation, it is expected that the average annual electricity generation will reach 7.304 billion KWH, which can meet the electricity demand of 1.825 million households with an annual electricity consumption of 4,000 degrees, save about 2.2 million tons of standard coal every year, reduce the emission of carbon dioxide about 8.16 million tons, and reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide about 30,400 tons.
