4月7日，汇能余热发电项目经过三天稳压吹扫和两次连续打靶，吹扫合格，圆满完成主蒸汽管道吹扫工作，为下一步锅炉试运打下坚实基础。

此次蒸汽吹管采用恒压连续吹扫、稳压打靶方式，为不影响当地居民正常生活和保证吹扫质量，利用白天吹扫晚上冷却的步骤进行。为确保吹管效果，项目部各专业密切配合，严格按照调试方法、工艺要求、步骤程序有序施工，并对吹管过程中可能出现的事故隐患做好充分的安全防范措施。整个吹管过程做到了技术措施到位、风险控制有效。

吹管工作的圆满完成，全面检验了系统整套设备的性能以及安装和调试的质量和一线运行人员的实操技能水平，也更加坚定了全体参建人员对机组按期投产发电的信心和决心。

On April 7, Huineng waste heat power generation project passed the purging after three days of stable pressure purging and two continuous target shooting, and successfully completed the main steam pipeline purging work, laying a solid foundation for the next step of boiler trial operation.

The steam blowpipe adopts constant pressure continuous purging and stable pressure shooting methods. In order not to affect the normal life of local residents and ensure the quality of purging, the step of daytime purging and evening cooling is used. In order to ensure the effect of blowing the pipe, the project department works closely with each other, conducts orderly construction in strict accordance with the debugging methods, process requirements, steps and procedures, and takes adequate safety precautions against potential accidents that may occur in the process of blowing the pipe. The whole blowpipe process has achieved technical measures in place and effective risk control.

The successful completion of the blowpipe work has comprehensively tested the performance of the entire equipment of the system, the quality of installation and commissioning, and the practical skill level of the front-line operators, and has also strengthened the confidence and determination of all the construction personnel to put the unit into production on schedule.
