2024年3月29日6时2分，苏晋保德煤电#2机组顺利实现了检修后“水压试验、锅炉点火、汽机冲转、发电并网”一次成功。目前，升负荷操作完成，机组各系统参数正常，运行平稳，至此，由山西誉骋电力工程有限公司承揽的#2机组C级检修圆满完成。

2月29日凌晨，#2机组解列停运，原计划于3月6日停机检修的苏晋保德煤电#2机组提前一周进入检修状态。

本次#2机组C级检修计划工期26天，检修项目共计261项。面对工作量大、涉及面广、时间紧、任务重的现状，誉骋电力紧急抽调休假人员到岗，召开机组检修动员工作会，通过统筹规划、细化分工、强化管控等多项措施，抓落实、促执行，保障了检修工作的顺利进行。

#2炉B引风机轴承箱稀油润滑改造工作作为本次检修项目的重点，需进行引风机揭盖、转子检查、轴承箱更换、壳体及叶轮返厂、中心复查、烟道隔离以及恢复等工作，涉及有限空间作业、高处作业、动火作业、起重作业等高风险作业项目。

为了优质高效地完成此次改造项目，誉骋电力精心编制“三措两案”，围绕工程实际情况提出组织措施、技术措施、安全措施，编写施工方案与应急预案，严把开工关、材料关、工艺关、检测关、验收关，做到“事前预控、事中监控、事后验控”的全方位、全过程把控。

In the early morning of February 29, Unit #2 was decommissioned, and Sujin Baude Coal Power unit #2, which was originally scheduled to stop for maintenance on March 6, entered the maintenance state a week ahead of schedule.

The C-level maintenance of the #2 unit is scheduled for 26 days, with a total of 261 maintenance items. In the face of a large workload, a wide range of tasks, time constraints, and heavy tasks, Yucheng Electric Power urgently dispatched leave personnel to the post, held a unit maintenance mobilization work, through overall planning, detailed division of labor, strengthen control and other measures, to grasp the implementation, promote the implementation, to ensure the smooth progress of maintenance work.

As the focus of this overhaul project, it is necessary to carry out the cover of the induced draft fan, rotor inspection, bearing box replacement, shell and impeller return to the factory, center review, flue isolation and recovery, involving limited space operations, high work, hot work, lifting and other high-risk operations.

In order to complete the renovation project with high quality and efficiency, Yucheng Power carefully prepared "three measures and two cases", put forward organizational measures, technical measures and safety measures around the actual situation of the project, prepared construction plans and emergency plans, strictly controlled the start of the gate, the material gate, the process gate, the test gate, the inspection gate, and the whole process of "pre-control, monitoring in the event, and post-inspection control".
