此前，乌奇库尔干4*45MW水电站增容改造项目于2024年3月1日举办现场开工典礼。

吉国总理强调，该电站为吉尔吉斯斯坦第一座水电站，对于吉尔吉斯国家发展和民生需求起着至关重要的作用。

能源部长在典礼上讲话指出，本项目是吉国能源利旧转型的典范，要求业主单位与中国电工紧密团结，积极有效地推进项目成功执行。

随后，公司副总经理袁博介绍了中国电工的历史发展，水电领域的项目业绩以及本项目的准备情况、各项工作的计划安排等等，并强调作为承包商公司有信心、有能力执行好该项目。开工典礼上，业主代表、项目所在州、市等政府机构代表及项目所在地具有名望的乡绅代表、电站建设期劳模英雄等，纷纷表达了本项目对吉国的重要性以及对本项目寄予的期望与祝福。

项目开工至今，项目部不懈努力，特别是今年以来，在公司统筹下，项目部积极行动，各专业组共同发力，拆除和安装的工作面高速有序展开，其中包括：原有机组、调速器、电气一次系统拆除；新机组定子组装，检修排水、渗漏排水系统的改造等，各项工作均安全有序地进行。

旧机组全部拆除这一重要节点使项目取得了良好开端，也得到业主方及监理方的认可。目前，项目部正在努力与业主协商后续设备出厂试验和运输到场等事宜，以保证现场安装的需要。下一步，项目组将继续坚守安全生产底线，高效快速、保质保量地完成项目生产任务。

The important node of removing all the old units has made a good start to the project, which has also been recognized by the owner and the supervisor. At present, the project department is working hard to negotiate with the owner about the follow-up equipment factory test and transportation to the site to ensure the needs of on-site installation.
