4月6日，中国能源建设集团安徽电力建设第二工程有限公司承建的广东德庆能源天然气热电联产项目厂用电倒送电一次成功，为后续机组分系统试运及整套启动奠定坚实基础。

此次倒送电启动范围：220kV GIS #1、#2母线、#9启备变、#1机组10kV母线及设备所对应保护、测控、计量、录波、监控等二次系统。

受电过程中，施工人员严格按照倒送电方案要求，协同配合，分工明确，整个过程及时准确，操作规范，反馈清晰，倒送电工作按时优质高效完成。

该项目位于广东省肇庆市德庆县，新建2套120MW 6F.03级燃气-蒸汽联合循环供热发电机组并配套热网工程，总占地面积65741.1平方米。建成后，预计每年可发电12.4亿度，供热130万吨，对满足德庆产业园工业集中供热，改善区域环境，提高电网调峰能力，提高社会经济效益具有重要作用。

The reverse power supply starting range: 220kV GIS #1, #2 bus, #9 start and change, #1 unit 10kV bus and equipment corresponding protection, measurement and control, measurement, wave recording, monitoring and other secondary systems.

In the process of receiving power, the construction personnel cooperate in strict accordance with the requirements of the reverse power supply scheme, the division of labor is clear, the whole process is timely and accurate, the operation is standardized, the feedback is clear, and the reverse power supply work is completed on time and with high quality and efficiency.

The project is located in Deqing County, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. Two sets of 120MW 6F.03 gas-steam combined cycle heating and generating units and supporting heat network project are built, covering a total area of 65741.1 square meters. After completion, it is expected to generate 1.24 billion KWH of electricity and 1.3 million tons of heat each year, which will play an important role in meeting the industrial central heating of Deqing Industrial Park, improving the regional environment, improving the power grid peak load capacity, and improving social and economic benefits.
