羊曲水电站位于青海省海南州兴海县与贵南县交界处，是国内首条±800千伏“青豫直流”特高压外送通道的重要配套支撑调峰电源，同时也是海南州千万千瓦级新能源基地的重要支撑电源。电站安装3台40万千瓦混流式水轮发电机组，总装机容量120万千瓦，平均年发电量47.32亿千瓦时，相当于每年可节约标准煤约166万吨。预计在2024年8月实现首台机组投产发电、2024年12月实现全部机组投产发电，电站建成后，将有效保障“青豫直流”特高压外送通道满负荷送电，对促进青海省新能源规模化开发应用和打造黄河上游清洁能源基地提供有力支撑。

羊曲水电站面板设计分块共46块，混凝土总计13501立方米，钢筋总计2045.69吨，面板混凝土采用无轨滑模浇筑完成。为确保面板首仓混凝土浇筑工作顺利完成，公司监理部高度重视，在面板首仓混凝土浇筑之前，项目部多次组织召开现场专题会，审查整体施工技术方案，从混凝土浇筑原材料控制、施工工艺的制定、人员安全保障等方面统筹考虑、科学谋划，确保以最优方案进行施工。

Yangqu Hydropower Station is located at the junction of Xinghai County and Guinan County, Hainan Prefecture, Qinghai Province. It is an important supporting peak-trimming power supply for the first ±800 kV "Qingyu DC" UHV outgoing channel in China, and also an important supporting power supply for the 10-kilowatt new energy base in Hainan Prefecture. The power station is equipped with three 400,000-kilowatt Francis turbine generating units, with a total installed capacity of 1.2 million kilowatts and an average annual generating capacity of 4.732 billion KWH, equivalent to saving about 1.66 million tons of standard coal every year. It is expected that the first unit will be put into operation in August 2024, and all units will be put into operation in December 2024. After the completion of the power station, it will effectively guarantee the full load power supply of the "Qingyu DC" UHV transmission channel, and provide strong support for promoting the large-scale development and application of new energy in Qinghai Province and building a clean energy base in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.

The panel design of Yangqu Hydropower Station is divided into 46 pieces, with a total of 13,501 cubic meters of concrete and 2,045.69 tons of steel bars. The panel concrete is finished by trackless sliding form pouring. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the concrete pouring work of the first bin of the panel, the company's supervision department attaches great importance to the project department, before the concrete pouring of the first bin, the project Department has organized several on-site special meetings to review the overall construction technology plan, from the control of concrete pouring raw materials, the formulation of construction technology, personnel safety and other aspects of overall consideration, scientific planning, to ensure the optimal plan for construction.
