近年来,海南炼化通过持续开展能效对标、加快投用节能改造项目等措施,不断降低装置能耗,实现芳烃装置各项指标持续领跑同行,有效锻造绿色发展新优势。今年7月,连续第3年获得工信部颁发的对二甲苯行业能效“领跑者”称号。

为持续保持领跑优势,海南炼化按照立标、对标、追标优化思路,对标历史最优和行业领先,制定43项芳烃装置对标指标,并将责任细化到岗到人,有效调动技术人员优化装置指标的积极性。芳烃装置工艺工程师韩隆带领技改专项小组成员,针对海南炼化芳烃装置1号、2号ORC机组湿空冷水箱手动补水效率低的问题,多次研究讨论改造的可行性,应用成熟技术、实施项目改造,让空冷补水量降低20%。

烟气余热回收是芳烃装置实现节能降耗、能效领跑的撒手锏。“芳烃装置加热炉共用一套烟气余热回收系统,用高温烟气加热燃烧空气,充分回收烟气余热,加热炉整体热效率高达94%。”芳烃部经理阚宝训介绍,“在装置运行过程中,我们发现加热炉过剩空气多、热损失大等问题会降低热效率,进而影响装置整体能耗。”对此,他们实施加热炉低氧燃烧优化项目,在烟道安装两台一氧化碳分析仪,精准控制炉膛空气量,将加热炉热效率提高至94.5%,燃料气消耗量减少456吨/年。

In July this year, it won the title of "leader" in energy efficiency of paraxylene industry issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the third consecutive year.

In order to continue to maintain the leading advantage, Hainan Refining and Chemical Company has developed 43 aromatic device benchmark indicators and refined the responsibility from post to person to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of technical personnel to optimize device indicators in accordance with the standard setting, benchmark, and tracking optimization ideas. Aromatics unit process engineer Han Long led the members of the technical reform special team to study and discuss the feasibility of transformation for many times, apply mature technology, implement project transformation, and reduce the water amount of air cooling by 20% in view of the low efficiency of manual water refill of wet air cooling water tank of ORC units No. 1 and No. 2 of Hainan refining and chemical Aromatics unit.

Flue gas waste heat recovery is the key to realize energy saving and energy efficiency. "The aromatic heating furnace shares a set of flue gas waste heat recovery system, heating the combustion air with high temperature flue gas, fully recovering the flue gas waste heat, and the overall thermal efficiency of the heating furnace is as high as 94%." Aromatics Department manager Kan Baoxun said, "During the operation of the unit, we found that the heating furnace excess air, heat loss and other problems will reduce the thermal efficiency, and then affect the overall energy consumption of the unit." In this regard, they implemented the low-oxygen combustion optimization project of the heating furnace, installing two carbon monoxide analyzers in the flue, accurately controlling the amount of air in the furnace, increasing the heating efficiency of the heating furnace to 94.5%, and reducing fuel gas consumption by 456 tons/year.
