三采煤柱外工作面原设计是利用整修的老巷作为三采煤柱外工作面回风配巷,需要进行整修巷道100米。在实际施工中发现,该巷道变形严重,整修工程量较大,面对这种难题,该矿统筹规划生产地区衔接布局,持续加强技术设计优化,确定优化设计方案,明确分工、责任到人,每两天进行一次中心线核对,安排专人跟班写实,绘制剖面图和掘进巷道断面图,及时进行研究分析,制定针对性措施,配备材料设备,并安排主体施工单位逐级传达贯彻,严格按照措施施工,有效保证设计优化方案落地落实。

三采煤柱外回风巷设计优化后,不仅可以减少岩巷整修工程量84米,而且可提前两个月形成系统,为地区接续争取了宝贵时间。

综掘一区作为主体施工单位,第一时间制定三采煤柱外回风联巷开口掘进安全技术措施,采用分台阶爆破掘进施工进行作业,上台阶高度不超过2.5米,先掘进上台阶,再进行下台阶抬底,确保巷道一次成型。针对32度上山掘进,在迎头5米范围内安排专人在安全地点观测顶板、岩壁等情况变化,集中进行安全确认。迎头落岩后,严禁留额头砟石,发现后必须及时用长柄工具找掉。对巷道迎脸使用钢筋网进行封闭操作,并按间距1米打设锚杆,有效保证现场施工安全。

After the optimization of the design of the external return air lane of the third mining pillar, not only can reduce the amount of rock lane renovation by 84 meters, but also can form the system two months in advance, which has gained valuable time for the continuation of the area.

As the main construction unit, the first comprehensive excavation area formulated the safety technical measures for the opening of the outer return air connecting roadway of the third mining pillar at the first time, and adopted the step blasting construction to carry out the operation. The height of the upper step did not exceed 2.5 meters, and the upper step was excavated first, and then the bottom of the lower step was lifted to ensure that the roadway was formed once. For 32 degrees of mountain driving, arrange special personnel to observe changes in the roof, rock wall and other conditions at a safe place within 5 meters of the head, and concentrate on safety confirmation. After falling head-on, it is strictly forbidden to leave a stone on the forehead, and it must be found in time with a long-handled tool. The facing of the roadway is closed with steel mesh, and the anchor rod is set according to the spacing of 1 meter to effectively ensure the safety of the site construction.
