煤制天然气作为准东煤制油气战略基地支撑项目，对全面推进新时代国家“三基地一通道”建设，打造全国能源资源战略保障基地，推动自治区能源经济高质量发展具有重要意义。6月28日，在新疆发展改革委积极推动下，新疆新业国有资产经营（集团）有限责任公司准东20亿立方米/年煤制天然气项目获得国家发展改革委、国家能源局赋码。至此，新疆天池能源、国家能源集团、新疆新业集团等准东3个煤制天然气项目已全部获得赋码。

新业准东煤制天然气项目总投资155亿元，建设地点位于准东经济技术开发区芨芨湖产业园，采用碎煤加压气化工艺，年产合成天然气20.08亿立方米，副产焦油、中油、石脑油等产品。项目的实施对保障国家能源安全、推动我国煤炭清洁高效利用、提升煤炭深加工关键技术装备自主化水平、推进绿色低碳发展、带动配套产业聚集和促进新疆社会稳定和长治久安具有重要意义。

下一步，新疆发展改革委将指导督促项目业主加快齐备各项前期手续，全力推进项目早日开工建设，服务国家能源供应安全，助推煤制天然气产业高质量发展。

As a support project for the coal-to-gas strategic base of Jundong, coal-to-gas is of great significance to comprehensively promote the national construction of "three bases and one channel" in the new era, build a national energy resources strategic guarantee base, and promote the high-quality development of the energy economy in the autonomous region. On June 28, under the active promotion of Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission, Xinjiang Xinye State-owned Assets Management (Group) Co., LTD. Jundong 2 billion cubic meters/year coal-to-natural gas project was awarded by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration. At this point, Xinjiang Tianchi Energy, National Energy Group, Xinjiang Xinye Group and other three coal-to-natural gas projects in the east of Jungdong have all obtained the code.

The new Zhundong coal-to-natural gas Project, with a total investment of 15.5 billion yuan, is located in Jjihu Industrial Park, Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone. The compressed gasification process of crushed coal is adopted, with an annual output of 2.008 billion cubic meters of synthetic natural gas and by-products such as tar, medium oil and naphtha. The implementation of the project is of great significance to ensuring national energy security, promoting the clean and efficient utilization of coal in China, improving the autonomy level of key technologies and equipment for coal deep processing, promoting green and low-carbon development, driving the clustering of supporting industries, and promoting social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.

In the next step, the Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission will guide and urge the project owners to speed up the preparation of various preliminary procedures, fully promote the early start of construction of the project, serve the national energy supply security, and promote the high-quality development of the coal-to-natural gas industry.
