2024年8月5日，滕州市人民政府发布2024年度滕州市发展和改革局关于对滕州市政协十六届三次会议第163071号提案的答复（关于规范化工园区天然气经营的建议的提案）。

针对《关于规范化工园区天然气经营的建议》，滕州市发展和改革局对此进行了回复，并认为这一建议调研深入，切合实际，可以更好地促进滕州市木石化工园区各用气企业的良性健康发展。

其中明确提出：下一步将按照《关于进一步规范城镇燃气配气价格监管的通知》（鲁发改价格〔2023〕509 号）“新成立城镇燃气企业正式运营前，应主动向当地价格主管部门提出定价建议。价格主管部门制定或调整配气价格要依法履行定价成本监审、价格听证等定价程序，确保定调价合法合规、公开透明”及其他文件的有关规定，根据滕州华能燃气有限公司上报的定价申请，结合该公司运营、购气结构的变化等情况，按照定价权限适时开展前期调研、成本调查等各项工作。
