西南石油局采气二厂完成2024年场站检维修

    8月6日,元坝205-2井开井复产,标志着采气二厂2024年度检维修工作圆满收官。此次检修,采气二厂历时79天分批次高效完成9座场站10口气井、1座污水处理站检维修工作,较计划工期提前6天全面复产,元坝气田恢复日产天然气1110万立方米产能。

    科学统筹检修项目,施工过程全面受控

    成立检维修专项领导小组,下设11个检修技改项目组,各项目组结合检修总体统筹,按照“项目负责制+四级运行统筹+标准化管理”等要求高效组织开展检维修各项工作。

    通过严把“三关”、严格作业分级管控、强化关键工序验收、做实核心环节带班值班等措施,实现各项目长、各作业点网格化管理,确保检维修过程安全、质量、进度等全方位可控。

    On August 6, Yuanba 205-2 well was opened and resumed production, marking the successful conclusion of the 2024 annual inspection and maintenance work of the second Gas production plant. During the overhaul, the second gas production plant spent 79 days efficiently completing the inspection and maintenance work of 9 sites, 10 gas Wells and 1 sewage treatment station in batches, fully resuming production 6 days ahead of the planned schedule, and restoring the daily production capacity of 11.1 million cubic meters of natural gas in Yuanba Gas field.

    Scientific overall maintenance projects, the construction process is fully controlled

    Set up inspection and maintenance special leading group, under the 11 maintenance technical reform project team, each project team combined with the overall overall planning of maintenance, in accordance with the "project responsibility system + four-level operation coordination + standardized management" and other requirements of the inspection and maintenance work.

    Through strict control of the "three passes", strict hierarchical control of operations, strengthening the acceptance of key processes, and doing core links on duty, grid management of each project leader and each operation point is realized to ensure the safety, quality and progress of the inspection and maintenance process.
