亚马尔LNG项目是中国提出“一带一路”倡议后在俄罗斯实施的首个特大型能源合作项目，被誉为“镶嵌在北极圈上的一颗能源明珠”。

据悉，“鲁萨诺夫”轮是亚马尔项目“北极破冰航线”的定制船型，该轮船长299米、宽50米，拥有Arc7级双向破冰能力，为目前全球商船最高破冰级别，可在零下52摄氏度的极低温环境下连续攻破厚度达2.1米的北极冰面自由航行。其装载的7.3万吨“海气”上岸后，可气化为1亿立方米天然气，大约可发电5亿多度。

江苏LNG接收站作为中俄天然气贸易的重要节点，2018年成功接卸该项目供应中国的首船液化天然气，由此开启了北极天然气利用新篇章，为全球最大天然气进口国中国日益增长的能源需求提供了新的资源保障。

It is reported that the "Rusanov" is the Yamal project "Arctic ice breaking route" custom ship type, the ship is 299 meters long, 50 meters wide, with Arc7 class two-way ice breaking capacity, the world's highest commercial ship ice breaking level, can continuously break the thickness of 2.1 meters in the Arctic ice free navigation under the extremely low temperature environment of minus 52 degrees Celsius. After the 73,000 tons of "sea gas" loaded on it is landed, it can be converted into 100 million cubic meters of natural gas, which can generate more than 500 million degrees of electricity.

Jiangsu LNG Terminal, as an important node of Sino-Russian natural gas trade, successfully received and unloaded the first ship of LNG supplied by the project to China in 2018, which opened a new chapter in the utilization of Arctic natural gas and provided a new resource guarantee for the growing energy demand of China, the world's largest natural gas importer.
