    8月13日,中交营口LNG接收站项目储罐安装工程(一标段)T-0201号储罐气顶升在辽宁省营口市鲅鱼圈营口港仙人岛港区举行。由南京云程智慧科技有限公司自主研发的储罐气顶升智能监测系统助力中石化第四建设有限公司承建的中交营口LNG接收站项目气顶升圆满成功,该系统得到业主总包等客户的高度评价!

    南京云程智慧科技有限公司自主研发的储罐气顶升智能监测系统采用了先进的智能化管控手段,实现对罐顶气顶升过程的精细化、可视化监测管理。传统方法受限于测量精度和实时性,无法全面获取罐顶状态信息。借助新型智能设备和可视化软件,能够实时监测罐顶上升轨迹、偏转角度、平衡度、位置偏移、顶升速度和罐内气压等关键数据,并提供阈值报警功能。这不仅能提升施工效率,还确保罐体气顶升过程的安全可控。

    On August 13, the gas jacking of T-0201 storage tank of the first section of the storage tank installation project of CNCC Yingkou LNG Receiving Station was held in Xianrendao Port area of Yingkou Port, Bayuquan, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. The tank gas jacking intelligent monitoring system independently developed by Nanjing Yuncheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. helped the gas jacking project of Zhongjiao Yingkou LNG Terminal project undertaken by Sinopec Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. to be a complete success, and the system was highly praised by customers such as the owner general contractor!

    The intelligent monitoring system independently developed by Nanjing Yuncheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. adopts advanced intelligent control means to achieve fine and visual monitoring and management of the tank top gas lifting process. Due to the limitation of measuring accuracy and real-time performance, the traditional method can not obtain the information of tank top status. With the help of new smart devices and visualization software, key data such as roof rise trajectory, deflection Angle, balance, position offset, lifting speed and tank pressure can be monitored in real time, and threshold alarm function is provided. This not only improves the construction efficiency, but also ensures the safety and control of the tank gas jacking process.
