在施工区域内，有一条沿现状梅观高速主路两侧布设的次高压燃气管道，三次横穿项目施工区域，严重阻碍了项目民康路以北范围内的施工进展。为解决这一难题，需要对现状次高压燃气管道进行停气碰口迁改，在梅观高速西侧新建一条长度约560米新管道，将制约施工的东侧管道迁改至西侧。

作为深圳梅观高速项目施工线路中的关键一环，开工以来，项目部便把次高压燃气管道改迁作为一个重要节点来抓，精心组织，科学施工，成立以项目负责人为组长的工作专班，与业主、设计、燃气产权等单位多次沟通对接，组织召开迁改协调会，使次高压燃气管道顺利完成碰口迁改。
