江南造船:​42天坞期,三号船坞年度第五批次出坞再创新绩

    10月8日,中国船舶集团旗下江南造船三号船坞迎来了两艘整船出坞,两艘半船同步起浮。

    本次出坞的两艘整船是公司建造的17.5万立方米MARK III FLEX薄膜式LNG运输船“LNG JUMBO”系列的第二艘和公司为新加坡太平船务(PIL)建造的14000TEU LNG双燃料集装箱船系列船第三艘(H2787船),同步起浮的两艘半船是为新加坡太平船务(PIL)建造的14000TEU LNG双燃料集装箱船系列船第四艘(H2788船)的艏、艉半船。

    该批次出坞,建造团队不仅要面对高温、台风等天气考验,还需要统筹规划仅有42天的船坞周期。如何提升整船出坞、半船起浮的状态?如何优化工序、协调资源、做到稳节律提状态成为建造团队考虑的核心目标。

    On October 8, China Shipbuilding Group's Jiangnan Shipyard No. 3 dock ushered in two whole ships out of dock, and two half ships floated simultaneously.

    The two full vessels are the second of the 175,000 m3 MARK III FLEX thin film LNG carrier "LNG JUMBO" series built by the company and the third of the 14,000 TEU LNG dual fuel container ship series built by the company for Singapore PIL (H2787). The two halves are the bow and stern halves of the fourth ship in the 14,000 TEU LNG dual fuel container ship series (H2788) being built for Singapore PIL.

    When the batch was docked, the construction team not only had to face weather tests such as high temperatures and typhoons, but also needed to plan the docking cycle of only 42 days. How to raise the state of the whole ship out of dock and half ship floating? How to optimize the process, coordinate resources, and achieve a stable rhythm has become the core goal of the construction team.
