西南油气田公司牵头的首批储气库行业标准获批发布

    储气库注采能力是储气库建设运行的关键指标,广泛用于建库设计及优化运行研究,需统一标准规范。2020年起,西南油气田公司就着手《储气库注采能力计算规范》的研究准备,承担多个储气库注采能力计算,总结对比计算方法,提出技术规范,并于2022年立项国家能源局行业标准制修订计划。

    储气库监测系统是保障储气库安全平稳运行的重要设施。西南油气田公司针对我国储气库复杂地质和地面条件,以建立系统化、永久化及动态化的监测系统为目标,研究不同类型储气库监测重点,开展地下地面协同的监测设计研究,形成监测系统设计技术,2023年该标准也成功立项。

    标准立项后,公司牵头成立起草组,组织中石油、中石化、中海油及国家管网等单位研讨,调研文献和标准,反复计算验证注采能力计算方法,明确注气、采气能力计算要求与方法;规定了储气库地质体、井工程及地面工程监测设计内容及技术要求,确保其全面性与科学性。

    The injection and production capacity of gas storage is the key index of the construction and operation of gas storage, which is widely used in the construction design and optimization operation research. Since 2020, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has begun the research and preparation of the "Calculation specification of gas storage injection and production capacity", undertaken the calculation of multiple gas storage injection and production capacity, summarized and compared calculation methods, proposed technical specifications, and established the National Energy Administration's industry standard revision plan in 2022.

    Gas storage monitoring system is an important facility to ensure the safe and stable operation of gas storage. Aiming at the complex geological and ground conditions of China's gas storage, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company aims to establish a systematic, permanent and dynamic monitoring system, studies the monitoring priorities of different types of gas storage, carries out underground and surface collaborative monitoring design research, and forms monitoring system design technology. In 2023, this standard has also been successfully approved.

    After the standard project was established, the company led the establishment of a drafting group, organized CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC and the National pipeline network and other units to discuss, research literature and standards, repeatedly calculate and verify the calculation method of injection and production capacity, and defined the calculation requirements and methods of gas injection and production capacity. The design content and technical requirements of gas storage geological body, well engineering and surface engineering monitoring are specified to ensure its comprehensiveness and scientificity.
