今年以来，我国油气管网基础设施加速建设。截至目前，新建的油气管道里程已经突破4000公里，天然气“全国一张网”的建设稳步推进。

历时近10年建设的中俄东线天然气管道，日前正式全线贯通。管道全长5111公里，北起黑龙江黑河，南至上海，途经9个省（自治区、直辖市）。

The China-Russia East Route natural gas pipeline, which took nearly 10 years to build, has been officially completed. The total length of the pipeline is 5,111 kilometers, starting from Heihe in Heilongjiang Province in the north to Shanghai in the south, passing through nine provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

今年以来，随着百色到文山、虎林到长春等管道开工建设，西气东输四线首段顺利投产，我国天然气管网“五纵五横”的新格局正加速构建。

Since the beginning of this year, with the construction of pipelines from Baise to Wenshan and Hulin to Changchun, the first section of the fourth line of the West to East gas transmission has been smoothly put into operation, and the new pattern of China's natural gas pipeline network of "five vertical and five horizontal" is accelerating.

目前，我国主干油气管网总里程超10万公里，一次管输能力从2020年的2230亿立方米增长到目前的3940亿立方米，增幅达76%，天然气“全国一张网”日供气能力超10亿立方米。按照规划，到2025年，我国横跨东西、纵贯南北、覆盖全国、联通海外的天然气“全国一张网”将更加完善，进一步提升油气供应保障能力。

At present, the total mileage of China's main oil and gas pipeline network exceeds 100,000 kilometers, and the primary pipeline transmission capacity has increased from 223 billion cubic meters in 2020 to the current 394 billion cubic meters, an increase of 76%, and the daily gas supply capacity of "national one network" exceeds 1 billion cubic meters. According to the plan, by 2025, China's "national one network" of natural gas spanning east and west, running north-south, covering the whole country and connecting overseas will be more perfect, and further enhance the ability to ensure oil and gas supply.
