近日,中国石化部署在贵州省道真县的首个常压页岩气试验井组——真页1井组3口页岩气井完成试气,测试稳定日产气7.5万至13万立方米,平均10.9万立方米/天,这是中国石化在四川盆地外取得的常压页岩气勘探新突破,为保障国家能源安全、优化公司能源结构提供了有利目标区和战略接替区。
常压页岩气田是压力系数较小的气藏,具有分布广、资源总量大等特点,但是单井产量低、开采难度大。华东油气分公司以问题为导向,按照“部好井、穿好层、造好缝”的地质工程一体化理念开展协同攻关,探索不同井距、错层开发,优化大规模储层改造工艺,为所处地区常压页岩气规模效益开发做好了技术储备。
长期以来,中国石化持续推动我国页岩气产业高质量发展。2012年11月28日,中国石化在重庆市涪陵区部署钻探的焦页1HF井试获高产气流,标志着我国页岩气勘探取得重大突破,拉开了涪陵页岩气勘探开发和我国页岩气产业加快发展的大幕。2017年,建成我国首个常压页岩气田——南川页岩气田;2018年,涪陵页岩气田成为我国首个建成百亿立方米产能的页岩气田;2020年,建成我国首个探明储量超千亿立方米的深层页岩气田——威荣页岩气田一期项目,年产能30亿立方米,相当于1600万个家庭的年用气量,为清洁能源发展不断注入新动力。
Recently, three shale gas Wells in Zhenye 1 well Group, the first normal pressure shale gas test group deployed by Sinopec in Daozhen County, Guizhou Province, completed gas test, and tested a stable daily gas output of 75,000 to 130,000 cubic meters, with an average of 109,000 cubic meters per day, which is a new breakthrough in normal pressure shale gas exploration outside the Sichuan basin. It provides a favorable target area and a strategic replacement area for ensuring national energy security and optimizing the energy structure of the company.
Normal pressure shale gas field is a gas reservoir with small pressure coefficient, which has the characteristics of wide distribution and large total resources, but the production of a single well is low and the exploitation is difficult. East China Oil and Gas Company is problem-oriented, in accordance with the integrated geological engineering concept of "good well, good formation and good fracture" to carry out collaborative research, explore different well spacing and split-formation development, optimize large-scale reservoir reconstruction technology, and make technical reserves for the scale efficiency development of normal pressure shale gas in the region.
For a long time, Sinopec has continued to promote the high-quality development of China's shale gas industry. On November 28, 2012, the Jiaoye 1HF well deployed and drilling by Sinopec in Fuling District of Chongqing achieved high production flow, marking a major breakthrough in shale gas exploration in China, and opened the curtain of the exploration and development of Fuling shale gas and the accelerated development of China's shale gas industry. In 2017, the Nanchuan shale gas field, China's first normal pressure shale gas field, was completed. In 2018, Fuling shale gas field became the first shale gas field with a production capacity of 10 billion cubic meters in China. In 2020, China will complete the first phase of the Weirong shale gas field, the first deep shale gas field with proven reserves of over 100 billion cubic meters, with an annual capacity of 3 billion cubic meters, equivalent to the annual gas consumption of 16 million households, and constantly inject new impetus into the development of clean energy.
