据中国石化消息，日前我国首个投入商业开发的页岩气田——重庆涪陵页岩气田累计产量已突破650亿立方米。涪陵页岩气田累计探明储量近9000亿立方米，目前已累计部署立体开发调整井超500口。

页岩气是一种非常规气藏，以游离态或吸附态赋存于页岩裂缝与孔隙中，开采时需要把页岩压碎才能让气体出来，其中水平井钻井和压裂技术尤为关键。涪陵页岩气田的科技工作者们聚焦超长水平井技术难题，开展技术攻关，在优快钻井、精准压裂方面不断积累经验，有效提升单井产量和开发效益。
