摘要为了研究大型LNG项目建设管理经验,综合提高工程建设效率。通过对"模块化"施工方法进行深入研究。以亚马尔LNG项目建设为实例,全面阐释Technip为首的国际总包商先进的管理方法,为同行提出通用性经验。研究得出:促进我国相关工程公司与国际工程公司开展国际项目合作;加强创新技术研发和关键设备研发;培养中方模块化工程技术管理人才;积极参与海外中型项目模块化建造,为进一步参与大型天然气区块开发积累工程经验。In order to study the construction management experience of large-scale LNG project,comprehensively improve the construction efficiency. Through the "modular" construction methods in-depth study. Taking Yamal LNG project construction as an example, this paper comprehensively expounds the advanced management method of international general contractor led by Technip, and provides general experience for its peers. The study found: promoting cooperation between domestic engineering company and international engineering company; enhancing the technological innovation and other key equipment R&D; training of engineering technology and management experts; active participating in the midsized project modularization in order to accumulate experiences for the large sized gas block.
