摘要大型LNG储罐作为接收站和天然气液化厂LNG储存的核心设备,其投产前的预冷是一个不可或缺的重要环节。针对接收站16万方LNG储罐,对LNG预冷和液氮预冷两种方案的工艺流程进行了详细介绍,提出了预冷所需介质流量、预冷温降速度等的计算方法,并分别对两种方案进行了计算,得到了预冷介质流量保持不变时储罐预冷所需的时间以及预冷所需介质总量,为大型LNG储罐预冷方案的选择提供了一定的理论依据。As the Core equipment of LNG Plants and LNG Terminals,the pre-cooling of large-scale LNG tanks before commission are important parts. For 160000m3 LNG Tanks,two pre-cooling processes using LNG or liquid nitrogen are detailed introduced. The computational procedure of medium flowrate and tank cooling rate are studied and calculated,the time and the total amount of cooling medium required for pre-cooling are got when cooling medium flow is kept constant,which is the theoretical basis for selecting large LNG tank pre-cooling programme.
