增材制造紧凑式换热器的LNG再气化工艺设计

    摘要提出了一种增材制造紧凑式换热器作为浮式储存及再气化装置(FSRU)上的核心装备LNG气化器来进行紧凑式LNG气化器样机设计,筛选出丙烷作为加热介质,对其进行工业化测试,以验证校核紧凑式LNG气化器的换热器性能,并完成在FSRU上的实际应用,其中BOG再冷凝器、LNG气化器和NG天然气加热器均采用增材制造紧凑式换热器,有效降低了LNG再气化模块的重量和尺寸,为后续在实际FSRU项目上的推广应用奠定了坚实的技术基础。A compact heat exchanger made by additive manufacturing is used as LNG vaporizer,which is a core equipment of a floating storage and regasification unit(FSRU),and the prototype compact LNG vaporizer is designed.Propane is selected as the heating medium,industrial tests are performed to verify the performance of heat exchanger in the compact LNG vaporizer.Actual application process are completed in a FSRU,in which BOG re-condenser,LNG vaporizer and NG heater all employ the compact heat exchanger made by additive manufacturing,which can effectively decrease the weight and size of LNG regasification module,laying a solid technical foundation for the subsequent application on the actual FSRU.
